The location near Naples main train station and metro line. The room was clean and quiet ,, the breakfast was good. The staff were nice and helpful. The air conditioning worked well

The neighbourhood were the hotel was located and the streets to the hotel weren’t clean. The TV didn’t have a single Arabic channel despite it is a cable, and there was no tissue paper in the main room

The tours for Pompeii , Almalfi Coast leave from right outside the hotel, or just the next street need the station, with a 20 minute walk to the older streets of the city. Perfect location, although didn't wish to be walking the streets late at night.

Wifi was down on first night. An inconvenience as vital work requiring internet access was needed with a tight deadline.

The reception staff met us and were friendly and helpful. We were offered a drink of water and showed to the bar area where we enjoyed a beverage and were given a tray of nibbles. The location was ok for what we needed, and having a car park, discounted next door was also a bonus.

We were booked into a Superior Double room, but we were not allocated this and only realising once we were settled in the room. I went to reception to query this and we were then moved to a bigger room as advertised except no slippers or bathrobes in the room. The location is ok but the streets were filthy with a large amount of waste on the surrounding streets and a few homeless people about. The hotel was fine, just the area.

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were also very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a nice start to the day

It was unclear that the cost of breakfast, including the specific amount and any service tax. Different cost was given during registration, at the dining and during the check out. Hope this one can be improved.

The location was very convenient for our purposes (needed to travel early the next morning). We were familiar with that area of Naples, and the building is comfortable, clearly identifiable and has staff at the concierge desk which makes you feel safe.

The carpet in the property was unfortunately in need of a clean (left residue on the feet). It was also quite expensive considering what you get for the room.

The breakfast is really good. The locación is very good is near to main train station (Piazza Garibaldy). You can find stores everywhere and you can go walking to the coast and you can see the vesuvius.

The hotel need a cosmetic fixes because they have old rugs and the decorative walls paper is in bad conditions and when the neighbors close the door my room shake it and is April but some days we feel hot and the hotel doesn't have available air conditioner for those days. In addition the personal are so nice but some of them doesn't speak other languages.

Our tour company used it as a pickup point and it was close to the train station. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

Most of the staff was friendly but not all of them. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign to use so the maid put all our phone cords and toiletries out of sight in drawers and we had to hunt for everything. The toilet didn’t flush half the time.

Beautiful interiors finished in art deco style. Cozy but relatively small rooms. Tasty breakfasts with lots of options and even better dinners. Exceptionally good coffee. The location is suitable for all traveling by train because the hotel is close to the train station.

The rooms have not been refreshed for a long time. Signs of mold in the bathroom, particularly around the bathtub.

Stay was very good as a whole and the staff were excellent and very helpful in every way. Breakfast provided was of a good standard and the room was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities provided.

The decor in the room was a little old fashioned and although the room was being kept to a high standard there were certainly elements that could be upgraded - for example the addition of USB slots or large flat screen TV that could be included in the next upgrade to the hotel.

Very close to the main rail station and the metro lines. Large rooms with good facilities. Air conditioning controls were easy to operate and no noise from outside. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing to complain. The hotel met the expectations. We were worried about the neighborhood after reading some reviews but in reality it didn't look particularly seedy. However, the main road tends to be seriously congested.
