It was a perfect spot for us because we needed to be close to the ferry port and it was about an 8 minute walk. Very large entrance space however the bathroom was very small compared to the room, shower was tiny. Had everything you needed though, staff were super friendly, gave extremely good directions on how to get to the property and what you need to do to get to the property from train, bus, metro or airport, breakfast was basic as there was a small selection but it was fine, and it was very quiet.

Small shower and bathroom, beds weren’t the comfiest, the initial reaction to the place wasn’t the best as to get to it you need to go through a tiny door that leads you to an open space that looked kind of dodgy (i think this is normal however for European apartments?) and the elevator didn’t work to get to the level so had to walk the stairs to the second level (wasn’t a big deal it was just kind of annoying when we had all of our bags with us).

The Staff was extremely friendly and the location is perfect, if you want to explore Naples on foot.

We were staying in room 2 and it was clean, comfortable and spacious. Maybe one more chair would have been useful but doesn't really matter. The breakfast was plentiful and fine - fruits, cereals, bread-butter-ham-pepperoni-cheese, bakery stuff like croissant, several drinks, coffee, yoghurt. All was fine. The location was good for sightseeing. Metro line 1 in the corner (don't take the bus, the traffic is a mess), the port/beach is also very close. There is a very good bar (Barrio Botanico) right next to the hostel with good coctails. The lady in the reception was always very helpful and has some words to us.

Basically Naples.. but this doesn't effect the hostel. The hostel was all fine.

Location very good, between the old town and the Spanish quarter. It was possible to get everywhere on foot. Room clean. Bed a little too hard for me. Towels and bed linen service was changed every day. The bathroom is just there, nothing extraordinary. You have to wait for the hot water to arrive ;). Breakfast tasty, but not outstanding. Especially if one does not have a taste for sweet breakfasts. There is a choice of several types of very tasty sweet croissants. In addition, you can make yourself a sandwich with cheese and cold meat. The coffee is delicious. Staff very helpful and open to any changes from the schedule - flexible. Everyone spoke English so there were no problems getting along.

Lift pay per ride - a rather strange arrangement. The hall where breakfast is held is rather very small. It is not able to accommodate all the guests. On top of that, the staff at breakfast accompany you in a way that might be perceived by guests as slightly pushy. This is more out of concern, but I am not used to being constantly watched by the staff. Maybe I would have preferred instead of a small soap simply liquid soap installed in the shower.

Starting from booking, the B&B representative Simone, receptionist Anna and the boys was helpful and eager to assist you in any way. The rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast was good enough considering Italy’s standards and the place price. Location also was good.

The location was perfect, close to many attractions. The staff, and Anna especially, were very nice and helpful! The breakfast was nice and has a good selection of food. Rooms were cleaned every day.

We would have liked to have a full length mirror in the room. Also the bathroom door having a window was somewhat bothersome.

We had a great time at B&B MediNaples. The location was perfect. The room was clean. Breakfast was good; everyone could find something to eat. The staff were very nice and helpful, the guys during breakfast were great, and Ana was the best. I definitely recommend this place.

Anna was an absolute gem - she'd gone out of her way to make sure we'd gotten our transport (and waited in the rain with us when the taxi had arrived 30 minutes late) to our next destination, even after we had checked out. Excellent service!

Apartment was really nice, bathroom was a spacious. Staff was really kind and helpful. We had flight really early in the morning and we wouldn’t have made it for breakfast so they prepared it for us in the evening.

There was noise from the street at the night. But with close window it was okey.
