Guantai 30 has lovely hosts. They are very accommodating and friendly. We only stayed one night, but the room was exactly what we needed- a comfortable space to shower and sleep. The host recommended a restaurant right outside of the apartment building, which was delicious. It was pouring rain, so we didn’t get to explore very much. We enjoyed spending the evening in the common area of Guantai 30. It is so quaint and decorated so nicely. There was no one else around, so it was as if we had an apartment in Naples to ourselves. The view from the common area is beautiful. The breakfast pastries in the morning were delicious.

Brilliant location, really clean and the shared lounge area was also beautiful with a good view of vesuvius. The host was very friendly and couldnt do enough to make sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, from being flexible with an early check in to making us a breakfast before a busy day of sightseeing and excursions. This was the 2nd time i have stayed here and i will be returning on my next visit to the city. Thank you Guantai

Location was great, very close to metro station, host was very kind. The apartment has a beautiful view from a shared balcony on the mount Vesuvius. (our room didn't have its own private balcony)

We had some minor issues with bathroom but it was solved very quickly. There are no savory options for breakfast which is common for entire Italy, there are only sweet options. That could be a minus for those who are used to have some ham, eggs, bacon or similar for breakfast. Room and bed were a bit small. Everything else was good!

The b&b is an apartment separated to rooms so the living room is a common area. The bed was not a double bed, it was two single beds combined. The elevator is a bit scary and you need a 5 cent coin to make it run. Overall, a very nice place with a good value for money.

The host, Mr. Patrizio was very kind and helpful, he gave us great recommendations about places where we can eat, walk, etc. Also, he offered to arrange a taxi to train station, because we were leaving early. The location is great and near to metro station and popular spots in Naples. The room was very clean and comfy. Also, view from balcony to mount Vesuvius is great. I recommend this place!

The location of this place is superb. The house is impeccably clean, well-organized, and boasts a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius. Patrizio, the host, is exceptionally courteous, and the breakfast served is outstanding. In fact, the bread and croissants are arguably the best we have tasted in all of Italy.

The place is in a convenient location. The sea and streets where you can visit shops are nearby. We had a room with a view of the volcano, which was a wonderful surprise! The host Patrizio was very kind and helpful- if we asked, he suggested where to eat, where to go for a walk and where is nice beach to swim- we are very thankful for that!!!

Everything was perfect

The location is great - it is close both to the sea and the main city centre. The owner was really welcoming and super nice to us. Since we had a whole day in the city after checking out we could leave our luggage there which was very comfortable.

The host was very accomodating and kind. The place was very clean with good ambiance and perfect place to stay as it was near / walking distance/ accessible to everything e.i shops, buses, taxi and train/metro.

There was a very loud music at night which bothered us from 2100-1200.

Excellent location in a quite street in the center of Naples. Ricardo is a very friendly and helpfull host. The facility gas been renovated, is decorated with taste and is clean !

The only thing I can think of is the elevator, which could use an upgrade.
