Excellent position. Located in a safe area, walking distance from most touristic attractions. The room (junior suite) was modern, large and very clean. The staff is really nice and very helpful. Available 24 h, they recommended us the main attractions in town and suggested good restaurants and cafes. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very useful and well organised. Excellent choice, I would definitely recommend it and come back next time to Naples!

The host was super friendly and helped me with my bags to the room. The rooms are on third level of a three story building with stairs on the outside of the hotel. We purchased this room because it's walking distance to Pompeii. There was free parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and served on an outdoor terrace.

Centrally located, next tube station. We walked central area without problem. The room was big and comfortable. They gave us a continental breakfast (Coffee and Croissant) at bar nearby, which is very nice and easy.

We could not open windows to the balcony, anyhow wooden shutter outside balcony windows are shut because they can look inside our room from opposite building but it is ok we are in the centre of Naples. WIFI was not working at accommodation during our stay, and very bad signals when I use my own mobiles to book tours and research information of Naples in the room. Air conditioning was not working on the first night and got a bad chill. The owner came next morning fixed air-condition, so we stayed warm on 2nd night.

I would 10/10 recommend this stay. The lovely girl Arianna who checked us in was so friendly, helpful and kind. She helped us find our way there on the bus and was on hand at all times. The room was really big with big windows overlooking the street. Really cool for taking photos! The location felt safe and secure in a nice neighbourhood. The beds were super comfy, I had a great nights sleep and the added bonus was the proper hairdryer. It wasn’t one of those mini hotel ones. Really appreciated that!

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

The room was clean with a big bathroom , the bed a little hard for me , location was great , the entrance of the building is dirty and old no elevator that stop in 1St floor very difficult to park to drop suitcases , the parking that they use only open a 730am we need to be at the airport at 7 so thank God we asked , so we can make arrangement to get the key to leave early be sure to ask working hours, The girl that was waiting for us was very nice and help is with everything , she was the best in that location

Bovio Modern Suite is situated in very good location and just on a metro station! Around you can find many shops and restaurants. Adriana is taking great care of the guests, she explained us everything about Naples, provided a map a tips for trips. The appartment is clean and surprisingly quiet, especially when you see the busy streets around :)

Maybe we could use a shelf in a bathroom to put our cosmetic things on.

No breakfast but because the location was so good it didn't matter.

The location was excellent, probably the closest area to city center by 5min walk. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, she even recommended and booked lunch for us at a high rated restaurant😊 Grazie, Lucia! Ps. The beds were very comfy, even the pillows with soft foam memory😉 Good night sleep, like home.

The only thing that we missed asking was to leave the kitchen open during night time, but we managed (it's just a matter of asking for this:) to keep your food/beverage cold.

Amazing, friendly staff. When our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location a few blocks away, we called the hotel and they were kind enough to send somebody to find us and help carry our bags. Such great customer service! Beyond that, the room was spacious and centrally located. Overall, a great base for exploring the city.

The location was very central, and the accommodation was good value for money. The best thing was the very helpful staff who text a day before to assist our check-in and let us leave our bags so we could explore.

There could be signage within the building to indicate where you are going. Luckily, someone came to meet us though.
