The location is just perfect, we went everywhere on foot or at most by bus. Our room was good, with a partial view of the Vesuvio. They served the breakfast straight to the room and it was delicious. Also, the staff is truly professional and always available, highly suggested place.

We loved the access to Universita Metro. The Metro is great. The breakfast provided by Cafe Federico is excellent. Walk over the road and have your breakfast with some Neapolitans - they w,ill de liver if you prefer. There is a separate dining area for guests with plates, cutlery, iron and coffee machine - a real bonus. The room is whisper quiet. Our friends accommodation was verfry noisy.

If you arrive late you need to use a code to enter into the touchpad near the front door. The numbers however have mostly worn off. When you gtet inside you will be provided with keys so no problem after that.

Great clean & modern accommodation in a traditional old building, ideal position for port and metro, and the open top bus site seeing tours of Naples. Excellent stay in this accommodation and position with in this city.

Naples is an authentic & traditional and extremely busy city. You take your life at your risk when crossing the roads, even if using pedestrian crossings!! there is a lot of areas that are unkept and run down, but you get that in any city. You either love it or hate it, we only had 2 days in Naples, which we enjoyed the culture, but was enough time spent in this city.

The property was in a good location, we went on a day trip and definitely picked the better side of the city when we saw where others were getting off at. The room was very comfortable, with the best bed we’ve slept in our whole trip. The bathroom was the bathroom of dreams and I now want a shower like that at home. The breakfast was very tasty, loved having the choice to order what we wanted and would recommend the lemon juice and pistachio croissant, both were amazing!

The mini fridge wasn’t very cold. On Sunday when we checked out our breakfast never came as I don’t think the delivery couldn’t get through the first doors to drop it off and no one was in reception to buzz them through

We stayed for 2 week's and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, walking distance to all of Naples attractions, the Port to catch ferries to Capri and the Amalfi coast. Also easy walking distance to the train station where you can visit Pompeii and Sorrento We caught the airport bus to Megaris and got off at the Port which is the last stop and just a 10 minutes walk to the Hotel which worked well. Check in was easy after hours. The room's are really nice and modern, loved the shower too. Air conditioning was excellent and so was the WiFi. It was nice to have a fridge in the room also access to the kitchen area for plates etc if you get a takeaway. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The room's are exceptional clean and the cleaner's are friendly too. Breakfast worked well for us, pastry's were good and so was the coffee, a typical Italian breakfast. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.😍

I cannot fault the Megaris the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, fantastic shower, quiet rooms, even a little kitchen facility across from the room to make tea or coffee. The check in was easy, we arrived after the reception had closed but the instructions to gain access came through in plenty of time and we had no issues. Once you had your keys you could use those instead of the key codes if you prefer. The building is old and beautiful, the old lift was a pleasure to use. The location was perfect close to metro, trains, hop on hop off bus and the sea. I have seen many complaints regarding the breakfast but take it as a freebie, the cafe Fredricos is friendly, limited seating but we didn’t have an issue, nice coffee and pastries and as a grab and go before heading out for the day it suited us just fine. Just to finish the Megaris staff are extremely friendly and cannot do enough to help. Thank you Megaris is we return to Naples you will be our first choice. 😍

The suite was massive. The jacuzzi bath was amazing. Having two balconies really made the room feel luxurious. The breakfast delivery service was great.

The lift to get to the place was unreliable and its a lot of stairs!! Someone had broke some bits in the room before we arrived so the door didnt shut properly. Other guests had wild parties and banged on our door through the night and nothing was said or mentioned.

Megaris is very well located to the port and central area of Naples. Located on the 4th floor via a very historic looking elevator. Our host was exceptional in her welcome. We were a group of 5 couples spending one night in Naples following a week in Sorrento. All rooms were of a very high standard. Super clean with a kitchen area to make hot drinks or use just to meet and socialise. Our bathroom was huge with a waterfall type shower. Excellent value for money and a great place to stay when in Naples.

The staff at this property speak English if needed and are exceptionally nice and helpful. If you arrive before check in, you can stop in and leave you bags while you go and explore Naples. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The location for breakfast is right across the street and was typical Italian breakfast….expresso or cappuccino and amazing croissants. There is a grocery store very close for any supplies and a pharmacy right beside the location. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again🇨🇦

Location handy to all needs, Staff excellent, room excellent, surrounding sites excellent, close to Port for Island.visits excellent, Cafe used by Megaris excellent, highly recommend stay here, coming back at end of trip for last night in Naples.
