BW Signature Collection Hotel Paradiso

This hotel has the best views of Naples. You can see everything from the reception, bar and restaurant ! Stunning ! The food and the hotel were excellent. It is right at the top of a windy hill so only access is either by taxi or there is a ferniglore round the corner which we didn't find until the second day. You buy tickets at the shop at the bottom, although they can run out, they only have a set number a day. You can access the harbour at the bottom which has a few nice restaurant and bars. It is not the prettiest of areas at the bottom, but you are in a busy city. Just a short walk to the beach and the town centre. Bus station is also nearby at the bottom of the hill, with buses to the port and the airport and the town centre, which we navigated easily. i thought there was a pool but it turned out to be a hot tub that you book via reception so that was a bit disappointing. Other than the bar, there is nowhere else to sit outside so that was a negative.

The hotel is in a residential area so there is nothing nearby unless you come down into the harbour area. Although that isn't far away, it would have been nice if there was something locally so you didn't have the faff of walking to the ferniglore. It was also quite dirty and a lot of dog muck on the streets around the hotel which was horrible. the menu is the bar is extremely limited. Only five or six options so there was only one that we liked, which we had to have every night. The food was excellent though but just limited choice.

Nice room, nice lounge off the lobby, good restaurant and bar with an amazing view.

It seems a little remote, we are used to walking to the piazza, trattoria... We needed to get a taxi any time we left the hotel

The restaurant has a very nice view to the sea and the Vesuvio and it's very nice the waiting area around the reception desk. The breakfast was good and the staff service was very good. This is a family and pet-friendly hotel.

The room was very small. For breakfast, the restaurant has big windows without blinds, so sun light was very strong and the air conditioning was not enough to reduce the high temperature. The hotel is on the hill and to get the city center it is needed taxi or transportation during the hot summer days, because it's very difficult to walk with my dog due to hot floor.

Lovely hotel that we'd happily stay in again. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast and evening meals were lovely too. We chose a Queen size room with sea view and balcony - absolutely worth it for the view across Napoli bay to Vesuvius which was stunning both morning and evening. Hotel location is good for public transport into the centre and all tourist attractions. Staff had arranged a deep bed topper to help my medical condition - the bed was so comfortable. We couldn't work out where the spa was or if there was a bar. Instructions for the room blinds would be helpful too.

We cancelled a previous property in favour of this one, mainly due to the facilities and the view. The restaurant is on the top floor and what a view, food there was good and the wine/beer excellent. Staff were very helpful and on site business facilities were good. Room was very peaceful and the aircon worked almost too well. The bed was the best one of the whole holiday and very comfortable.

Review the price for shuttle to airport, hotel quoted 40 euros and the taxi driver through moderate traffic did it in 19.20 euro's at 08:15hours. Pool was closed on visit due to meetings in hotel, but other than that nothing we didn't like to speak of.

Views across the bay were exceptional. Rooms were cleaned well each day and had lots of towels and plenty of bathroom accessories as well as plenty of bedroom facilities (fridge, several sockets, TV etc) and good balcony for views over the bay. Staff were excellent and helpful in both reception and restaurant, plus hotel interior public areas were very well appointed. Overall, a good hotel to stay in, with some minor drawbacks in the rooms, which detracted a bit from the satisfaction of our stay, particularly the soundproofing issues.

Bathrooms did not match pictures for superior room on booking.com and were extremely compact with some maintenance needed. Some facilities not possible to use; e.g bidet tap, no water, plus not easy to position shower head effectively for my short height. More significant was the poor soundproofing in the room, mainly from bar directly above my room, which was very poor and would go on to nigh on midnight before it was quiet, constant sound of chairs etc being scraped across the floor above. In addition, sound travelled noticeably between rooms at times.

The reception staff were excellent in helping us with the issues we had with our motorcycle Ugo and Angeio went out of their way to help us out with our dilema and were very supportive ,thank you both you were wonderful. They were helpfull also in booking extra nights and advising us on where to go in Sorrento during our uncertain times with relocation due to transport issues. Although parking wasn`t on site it was very near by (over the road) and very secure. Although some rooms had limited views we were fortunate to have a lovely partial view of Naples bay. The views from the resturant and rooftop terrace were excellent showing naples bay through to sorrento coastline and to the isle of capris.Breakfast had a vast choice of continental selections. The bar and resturant staff were attentive. All staff were lovely.Would definately stay again.

Satnav directions leave you short. If walking don`t follow the main road down to main streets/town and resturants ,follow the steps and road by the church, shorter and quicker route. but need a taxi back.

This has to be one of the nicest and friendliest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We stayed for one night in July 2023 after travelling around the Amalfi Coast on honeymoon. The staff were so friendly and helpful and even upgraded us to a full sea view room with a spacious balcony which was the perfect place to take in the incredible views of the bay of Naples. The morning of check out, our flight was delayed to late at night and the staff allowed us to have the room until 1pm so we could relax for a few hours at no extra cost. They were amazing. They helped book us taxis to and from the city centre and to the airport when we were leaving. The roof top bar is fabulous with amazing views.

It is a distance outside the city centre but taxis are not too expensive.

View from the room's balcony and hotel restaurant was beautiful. Breakfast options were good - great cappuccino and pastries - and the tours suggested by the hotel were great value. We booked a tour of Pompeii and Amalfi through the hotel including lunch and tour guides for 100 euros per person! Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating.

The bed in the queen sized room we booked was two twin beds put together and it kept separating. Luckily, we were able to move to a king sized room with a better bed. Also, the property is beautiful, but there were way too many bees and mosquitoes!

The view! Wow! Fantastic location, super clean and wonderful staff. The receptionist were helpful friendly and completely welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Fabio the gentleman in the bar area really looked after us and we enjoyed chatting with him. Lovely breakfast station with delicious omelettes and cakes.

Having to leave! It would have been nice to use spa area the first day to relax our aching muscles having flown from Santorini and then getting a train from Florence, but this couldn’t be helped as it was being repaired.
