The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We were helped with travel, guidance of the city and even offered rides where need be. Gianluca couldn’t have helped us anymore than he did. He made the experience for us a lot better. I stayed with a friend to watch the football match which is around a 20 minute walk from the stadium so for this occasion it suited us very well. It is also in a more local area rather than a tourist area, which when I travel I like as you experience the culture as it is. We were given a double and single bed, the shower was nice and powerful and kept very clean. The wardrobe was spacious and had plenty of hangers for the 2 nights we stayed. Covers all the basic needs and was made extra special by the friendliness of the staff.

My only 2 criticism’s are very minor. The first was that there was no iron in the room. However we didn’t ask for one so maybe if you were in need of one you could ask. The other thing was that the locals have a lot of pets and there were lots of poo on the floor around the street. This of course is no fault of the hotel, but just something to bare in mind when staying.

The property was a perfect fit for me and my best friend with amazing accommodation of a bathroom with amazing pressure of water and a TV provided with Netflix and other service to use as I’ve had issues with other accommodations not providing services on TV. It also had a nice balcony to stay and it was relaxing with the sun hitting us. The accommodations also had Air Con that helped us with the heat during the night overall amazing place to stay with amazing service with Luca the owner and his wife providing us transport to and from the Airport with polite attitude and his wife providing breakfast in the morning. They went out of their way to communicate with us and help us get around naples. Definitely will come back to this place as it’s an easy location just only 1km away from the beach and only 30 minutes away from city centre. 10/10

Nothing.

Loved the air conditioning. As outside it was so humid. The breath of fresh air as you enter the hotel is refreshing. The host was so cool. Does have a direct train to the main city however not much to explore in the area apart from some nice bakeries. We have to pay to step foot on beach btw

Only thing was some mornings they would blast tunes. It wasn't too early in the morning but it would ruin the peace we were trying to have breakfast etc.

The place was exceptionally clean and the host Gianluca was a Gentleman. He brought some traditional sweets from Naples for the breakfast which were yummy. I'd surely stay at the same place when I visit Naples next time. Exceptionally clean room and the toilets too. Bed was extremely comfortable. 10/10

Everything was exceptional.

Very friendly staff and the surprise breakfast was a nice gesture. The room was very clean and I felt very safe in the building. The host responded fast to my messages and waited for my late arrival to great me.

Additional fee for late check in (after 23) but this seems common in Naples

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. WiFi was moderately fast and reliable.

The owners were always hovering around the common area just outside of the rooms which made transiting to other places outside of the facility somewhat awkward. Their presence also did not give a sense of privacy. The breakfast that was included only came with half of the days that we stayed there. The owners often commented on what activities other tenants were doing since they actively monitored the security cameras in the common area. We were told not to use the balcony due to noise complaints from neighbors but we barely spoke above low volume speech. We were threatened to have the police called on us for noise disturbances by other tenants. I wouldn't recommend a stay here unless you are traveling by yourself and do not intend to spend a lot of time in the room.
