Location is great! Just center of everything! Breakfast is quite good, maybe variety of cheeses can be more but generally it is much better than most of the other places at this level. Personel is quite helpful! And that made me to think to stay in this hotel next time and I strongly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel! They saved our lifes :) by accepting to store our lugguages! Then we could go and stay near places with small bags. Also when we came back to Napoli for our last night; because of the price, we stayed in another place which is only a few meters away from Chiaja Hotel. Next day we had a very early flight and we needed taxi. The place that we stayed, did not help us about that but the reception of Chiaja Hotel called and reserved the taxi for us and they said in case we would have any problem do not hesitate to get in touch with them! Special thanks to all of the personel in the reception desk of Chiaja Hotel!!

Everything was great!!

The location was really good. The staff were very eager to help. They spoke English. We had a lovely small balcony onto the pedestrian mall. A/C worked well. Good breakfast and staff. Complimentary caked in the afternoon a nice surprise.

The room was painfully small. Impossible to move without knocking something over. The elevator didn't work all the time. The bathroom shelf most impractical. Stepping out of the very high bath onto the onto the glass like tiles is dangerous.

Cute little hotel in the middle of Naples historic centre, but very quiet and set back from the busy streets. Large, comfortable rooms, with excellent Air conditioning, also a nice breakfast served in the dining room every morning. It was a little pricey for one night, but a very good quality hotel.

The air conditioning unit in the bedroom had an obscenely bright light on it that would turn on every hour or so as the temperature changed and would literally illuminate the entire room and kept waking us up.

The breakfast area is cramped. Also, the hotel booked at taxi for us, to take us to our next hotel. Unfortunately, the driver took us to the wrong town and then tried to charge us for his mistake! Not entirely the hotel's fault but perhaps they need to be more careful about which taxi firms they use. I emailed the hotel to alert them to the issue with the taxi but they have not responded.

This hotel is so cute and so great! The rooms are a great value, the breakfast is decent, and the staff is wonderful. We needed to check in early and they had the room ready for us! Some of our favorite touches were the slippers they provided as well as the little coral charms. I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like about the hotel. It can be pretty warm in Naples (obviously) so the room can be a little warm at times but the windows are huge and let in a great breeze. Overall an entirely pleasant experience.

Such a charming small hotel in the heart of Naples! Our room was small but very comfortable, clean and pretty with everything necessary for a perfect stay. They serve typical Italian breakfast so don’t expect a lot of savory options, but the baked goods were delicious and super fresh! Good choice of juices and tasty coffee. The location is ideal to explore the city! Wifi connection was great! It’s the 4th hotel in Naples I’ve stayed in and so far the best!

Friendly and helpful staff, Good comms beforehand (thanks, Giannandrea!). We've stayed here twice before, service and accommodation was always great, but somehow they've improved it! Thanks to all at Chiaja Hotel de Charme. Evenings see a selection of local delicacies presented on a table in the hotel's lobby for guests to delight in. Did my blood glucose levels no good... but what the hell!

Nothing. I have heart failure and from time to time ( like this time) a lousy back. Both can be aggravated by uncomfortable surroundings, but no such problems here at this gorgeous little hotel - discomfort can be made a little easier to bear by a cheerful and welcoming environment.

The location is great, near the Spanish quarters for instance and the metro. The rooms are like in the pictures and it’s very clean. The staff is very helpful.

The hotel is difficult to find. The rooms are towards the streets and it is a very busy street all through the night. The beds are very hard.

Location was fantastic, the staff were fabulous! We loved it there, convenient location in the heart of shopping and sights! 17 min walk to port for ferry’s to Capri. Close to restaurants and historical sights. We loved the feel of the old building, the architecture and the decor. Our room had two balconies and it was nice to hear music playing nearby in the early evening hours. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood with our daughters. Would definitely recommend.

The location is great. It is on a pedestrian only strip so taxi was able to drop us within 100m. Comfortable room with very good breakfast and staff.

It was difficult to find. Had to ask a local polizia for directions. Otherwise great.
