Everything! It was super clean and much better than the photos. From the photo we thought it might be tacky, but the real property is super nice and very well decorated. The host was a little bit introverted, but friendly. If you messages him, you might think he is cold, but I think he is just a shy person doesn’t talk much. But when you meet him, he is nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! A lot of options and good quality. The host made us a good coffee, and left us to enjoy our breakfast, and later came out ask if we want another coffee. Staying in this property, rules can be a little bit strict for people who is too relaxed, such as eating is forbidden in the room and you need to keep quiet in the evening, which is totally fine for us. We think we should appreciate such a nice property.

It’s not about the property. In the morning, 5am something, a truck will come to take away the bins on the street, you might hear it. I woke up but fell asleep again.

Really nice hotel in a cool and safe area of Naples. Spotless. 70 euros a night. You can't go wrong with this place. Run by Giuessepe who is a gentleman. Enjoyed the breakfast. Toasties, muffins, tea, coffee, orange juice etc. You can get the bus to places from here easily but there is also a taxi rank at the bottom of the road if you are feeling lazy. I went for the England match. Napoli stadium is 30ish euros away.👍👍 Photos are from the square at the bottom of the road

I had a bit if difficulty finding it but I got drunk en route so that was probably why. They did send directions on a text message.

An incredible location with a truly unique interior that is well unkept. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Arrival was prepared before we arrived in Naples and access after hours was very well organised. Would definitely stay again.

Some of the other guests that stayed in the room next to us were quite loud, and were noticeably audible in our room late in to the night. Not to the b&b’s fault completely but the walls are a bit thin.

We booked this room very last minute for 1 night, it was a lovely place to stay and very central in a nice and safe area. It is located within an old building and the hosts have done it up very modern. All communication is done via what's app with codes etc so there is no face to face check in or reception. The room was lovely, very clean, crisp white bedding with a nice little balcony. I would happily stay here again.

The shower needs renovated, it was rusting and mouldy looking. Another thing was when I checked out I got a text saying I hadn't left the city tax in the bedroom, this wasn't communicated to me that I had to do this however the host was nice about it.

The design of the property: everything is new, clean and decorated with great care and taste. The property is close to the MUNICIPIO metro station (about 10 min), very close to Toledo street. Breakfast was good. Rooms are equiped with TV, refrigerator and A/C. Ours had a balcony (where it's allowed to smoke!).

The breakfast could not be so "sweet" (some more salty foods would be preferable)

Amazing location in the heart of Naples with a beautiful balcony view. Very fun modern aesthetic and mood lighting. We left too early to enjoy breakfast but the shared kitchen space was very cute and inviting. Check in and out was very easy as well. So many amazing places within walking distance and again, the balcony view was so amazing!

Finding the correct floor was tricky, it was on the fourth floor but the directions had said 3rd floor but I think in Italy the first floor is 0 so that might have just been confusion on our part since we're American.

The house is located in the downtown area where eating, drinking and shopping are convenient. The interior decoration is modern and tasteful. Our rooms are clean and well-equipped. Desserts for breakfast are rich in variety. The most memorable thing is that the host is super nice, not only helped us with the door keys for the stroller in and out, but also helped me contact new tenants to find my passport that I forgot in the room safe, I will recommend this hostel to everyone.

The accommodation provided what it promised. Great location, easy transportation. Very clean, even during our short stay they cleaned and changed towels every day. Breakfast and coffee were also great.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like, perhaps the difficult communication, but in the world of the Internet, this can also be easily solved.

It has excelent location. The room was large, modern and clean. There is a strong wifi connection. We had to go out early almost every morning and the owner was so kind to bring breakfast into our room. At our last day they even kept our luggage so that we could go around the city until our flight.
