Location-very centrally situated. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Pretty good breakfast

The room was tiny. The shower was not very convenient. The breakfast was cold, even if you came at the start of it

nice attention from the front desk, helpful with information regards excursions and also let me leave my luggage even before check in time since I had an excursion earlier. Also great attention from the 2 employees at the breakfast, very nice and polite. I also appreciate the services that you can find at a hotel, as Italy is full of B&B and RBNBs i prefer the professional attention and amenities that you can find at a hotel ( as safety box, early or late check in, luggage storage, etc )

the bed was not in good shape, lying on one side. i let the front desk know and they promised to check.

Very nice hotel! Great location as it’s right on the edge of Centro Sturico so easy walking distance to explore Centro Sturico, Spanish Quarters, and the port area. The room and bathroom was very spacious and super clean.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is the bathroom situation. The bathroom has a full bathtub which was very nice, but it also has the weird shower I’ve ever seen. The shower is situated in the center of the bathroom and the water flows right onto the bathroom floor, with nothing but some plastic doors around that you can adjust to form an “inclosed” shower. The problem with these is that the thread on the bottom of the doors that is supposed to keep the water from leaking out is worn so every time we showered the water would flood out all over the bathroom floor - it was such a mess!

The rooms were quite small (but had all the basic amenities, such as safe, fridge etc. Although they weren’t able to provide 3 rooms close together as requested it still worked out fine - my adult sons had rooms next to each other and me and my husband were on a different floor. Phones in each room allowed us to keep in touch easily and arrange meeting times etc

The staff were the best; friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was lovely, very chic. Those fabric covered walls make me want to do this at home! The shower was blissful. An ample buffet offered for breakfast. A couple minutes walk from the historic area where you will be absorbed with all the vendors, food, boutiques, antiques, miniature artists and so much more.

No Smart TV in the room so you will be practicing your Italian!

Great location right on the edge of the old town. Good sized nicely decorated deluxe room with a large bathroom area which was spotlessly clean. All of the staff were brilliant - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Nothing really. Maybe a bit more variety at breakfast - eg, some muesli or granola - but a decent enough selection. Freshly made coffee was good.

I was working at one of the Shipyards but also wanted to enjoy the city in my free time, so I had to balance the location and it worked perfectly. I made multiple amendments to my stay and the hotel arranged everything perfectly.

There is nothing that I didn't like. Ideally, the room and desk could have been slightly bigger because I had a lot of work to do.

Great location for sightseeing and very close by to some cheaper bars and places to eat. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs and proper coffee house coffees.

Bed was a bit hard for me but I think they are all this way in Italy. We traveled around and they were the same most places. Quiet quiet hotel, had a very small bar but we didn't drink there as there was never anyone sitting there.

Location was good very near everything. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Taxi drivers in Napoli overcharge. The staff made sure they booked a taxi for us going to the train station so that we will be charged fairly. Breakfast was good. Bar offered a good selection of drinks.

Room was small especially the bathroom. It was tough to take a shower given the small space.

Breakfast was strange, paper cups as they had ran out, small seating area in breakfast. Nobody explained about rooftop and lovely area with hot tub - Shane breakfast isn’t served up here and we would have definitely have used it in the afternoon if we had known about it before finding it on our last evening
