The property was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with stunning views of the city. The location was superb — just a straight 5 minute walk until you’re directly in the heart of the Old City, and there’s a metro 5 minutes in the other direction for travelling further afield. The staff were very attentive and helpful — they gave us recommendations for what to do and where to eat in the city and kindly greeted us at check-in with refreshments and traditional pastries! The rooftop terrace is spectacular. We enjoyed full panoramic views of the city every morning at breakfast and it’s open for guests to use 24/7.

The breakfast selection was limited to mostly pastries and cereal, which wasn’t an issue for us, but if you’re big into cooked breakfast buffets that isn’t really an option.

It was a cute place with a lot of character. We loved the roof terrace and for our quick one night in Napoli, it was perfect for my husband and myself. The woman who showed us to our room and greeted us was extremely kind and helpful as well. They also served breakfast on the terrace which is amazing, and greeted us with a little snack and drink when we arrived. Cute touches!

It wasn't the cleanest place we have ever been - for us, it was just fine, we are flexible, however I know if my mom had been with us she wouldn't have been so impressed. The room did have air conditioning thankfully, however it was off when we arrived and it took some time to cool down because Napoli is VERY hot in the summer.

The location was fantastic! Really close to metro stations, very clean facilities and feels very homely. The staff were wonderful, accommodating and helpful. They sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants around the area which was lovely. The views from the b&b were amazing. The room was clean and we were given everything we could have needed. We were sent a Google form to fill in the day before for breakfast which was a really nice touch and we were able to pick what we wanted as well as extras provided.

The only downside was the size of the bathroom in the room although this cannot be helped.

Very nice, family-run bed&breakfast accommodation. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are on the top floor of a 6-storey old house accessible by lift and are lovingly furnished. The location is perfect for exploring this wonderful, vibrant and unique city on foot. The view from the roof terrace over the entire city, the harbour and Vesuvius is breathtaking. Unfortunately, as we had to leave for the airport very early, we didn't get to enjoy breakfast on this terrace. Alternatively, a lovingly prepared packed lunch was prepared for us. We will definitely come here again. Many thanks Maria Laura.

On the whole, a few little things didn't really bother us.

This is the place I would recommend to whoever visits Napoli. The location is perfect, can walk to every attraction and ferry port or railway station. There is an elevator for tourists who bring luggage. The room is spacious with a private bathroom. And there is a terrace where you can enjoy the landscape of Napoli coastline, town and Vesuvio volcano. The host welcomed us with great hospitality and prepared cakes and juice for us. The only thing that I felt regretful about is that we stayed only one night in Napoli, it's not enough... We hope we will visit Napoli soon again.

Nothing, everything is great.

Large windows with excellent view. Roof-top area is nice, which is just a few steps next to our room - nearly feel like we have a huge terrace. Staff was super friendly. Location is very close to the old city centre.

These are not really what I didn't like, but what I expect for a little improvement. Breakfast was quite dessert-y. Lots of sweet breads. Love to have some fresh salad, not just fruits. And a little more non-sweet breads. Roof top area would be nicer with a few more stools/sun beds.

1. Fantastic location - right in the historical center of Naples within walking distance of most points of interest; 2. Friendly and very kind family who runs this place (special thanks goes to Maria) that we deeply appreciated, would commend especially the excellent communication and precious help with some issues we had; 3. Gorgeous panoramic view from the rooftop where breakfast is served.

Perfect is the enemy of good... But if you insist we do find something - the breakfast choice was a bit less to our liking (many sweet pastries but no variety of cheese or vegetables), although guests do get to choose the breakfast elements in advance from a fixed list.

The family that runs this b&b are so nice. They welcomed us with a pastry and limoncello and let us store our backpacks with them for the day even after we checked out. The room is cute and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is awesome and on the rooftop terrace with great views of Napoli and Vesuvius. The location is in old town within walking distance of the port and via Toledo street.

Nothing, it was awesome.

The hosts made us feel very welcome from the start, we were late arriving due to flight delays but they were still there to meet us with drinks and snacks. Really central location - right in the middle of the noisiest part of Napoli but in the B&B we couldn't hear a sound from the streets below. The room was comfortable, so was the bed. A bit chilly in the evening (early March) but the room soon heated up when we put on the heater. We really appreciated the room-cleaning every day and change of towels after a couple of nights. A good selection of food is available for breakfast, including vegan food. The girls at breakfast were exceptionally nice and helpful, always smiling and ready to offer advice on the local area and beyond, transport etc. Amazing views of the city from the rooftop terrace where breakfast is served!

Other guests were a bit noisy really early in the morning/late night (as early as 5:30 one morning) - heavy footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved in the room above. There are notices asking guests to be respectful of others so the responsibility for this does lie with other guests, not the B&B.

We were greeted with 2 welcome drinks and snacks. We stayed 4 nights. Our room was the Vesuvius room, bright orange, with comfy double bed, and lots of space for putting your clothes away. We had a few excursions planned, and departure was before the breakfast time, and we were offered take away breakfast which was lovely! You order from a form the night before, what you'd like. A lot of it is homemade and you can also have take away coffee! They accommodated lactose free and gluten. The room was clean and really quiet in 5th floor, with lift. I would avoid hotels on the main roads in Naples as the traffic is insanely busy and they like to use the car horn! Tye roof terrace has a spectacular view, you can hear bird singing as you're having your breakfast. It's accessible any time. They also have teas and coffees available in the main area. The bathroom was clean. They gave us lots of information on where to eat. We had a lovely time and they were super accommodating which made our stay very special and relaxing as we didn't have to worry about small things, like where to get breakfast early morning! Defo recommend 😁

Nothing at all! They were super helpful and organised
