10 minutes walk to Centrale Station, three secure doors and gates to get into the building plus a guard in a booth in the lobby. Building and elevator and hall v. clean. Welcomed with glass of Prosecco and some fresh fruit. Room and bathroom spotless. Quality linens and towels, many toiletries and hygiene products. Three hairdryers!..?, and an iron and board. Good lighting all round. To-order breakfast delivered to room on a cart promptly at time required. Plenty of food to set you up for the day. Grazie Ricardo, for being a great host!

I booked a quadruple room for more space, but was given one with a double bed, which they separated into twins for my friend and I. Not really a dislike, but a bit puzzling as I booked months ago. The room was still charming!, and really we were only there one night, so it was fine. The owner is so nice, he walked us to a good pizza restaurant nearby where we did have the most delicious pizzas. His friend owns the restaurant.

You arrive at an old tenement block on the corner of the busy Piazza Principe Umberto with a cage lift to take you to the first floor, all very ‘Ripley’. Once inside you are in an oasis of calm opulence with high ceiling room, great bed and all the facilities you need, including breakfast brought on a trolley in the morning. The small balcony is great to watch the traffic chaos over breakfast!

You have to accept that the area near the train station is a bit edgy and the piazza is noisy, but the sound proof doors onto the small balcony work great, it’s 15 minutes walk to Centro Histórico and there is an excellent restaurant Mimi’s 50m away if you don’t want to go far, plus a couple of bars/cafes.

We stayed here both coming and going as we headed to the Amalfi coast. It is in a central location near the airport and the train station. Still, it’s an easy walk to the touristy part of town. The room was large and had everything. The bed was really comfortable. The space was spotless and thoughtfully loaded with towels, robes and slippers, coffee maker, fridge, table and chairs, toiletries. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Neighborhood is safe and lively. It exceeded our expectations.

We have no complaints. We were staying in Naples for long and this tiny place was great, more than we expected.

The staff was friendly and helpful. On the day of our arrival before the rooms were ready, we were offered coffee and delicious pastries. The rooms were well equipped. Breakfast in the room the following day was also delicious and plentiful. The staff was also helpful in arranging transfers for us.

We were not familiar with the city, may have preferred a less busy area, but the rooms were very quiet and secure.

One of the best accommodations ever. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. We were greeted by the hosts, who brought us champagne, decorated cake for my son birthday. The room was spacious, gracious. Clean and spotless. They brought us a fabulous breakfast in the room every day. There is a small balcony and the room was extremely quiet (amazing isolation). The area is ok, near Naples train station (therefore, the area is not great in terms of beauty, cleanliness and sightseeing. But the advantage is that you in walking distance to train station/ subway. We still felt safe, but one night, we left the Opera House late, therefore we took a taxi back to the hotel, instead of public transportation. We strongly recommend this boutique bed and breakfaat!

Area / location has its pos and cons.

Incredible service, they clearly care about the experience of their guests. We arrived late and the owner quickly got us a spot at the local pizzeria. Breakfast delivered to your bedroom each day was excellent. Great location for airport and train - we went to Pompeii and Rome on day trips. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately our shower leaked each time. But the room was always clean and spotless. Location was a little far for the bars and restaurants we visited on the other side of the city which meant 30 min walk or taxi. But this wouldnt stop me from booking again.

Amazing location - a little oasis amongst the madness of Naples. Very close to the main train station , which was perfect for our plans. Very secure - even though the safe was only big enough for our passports, we had no issues with leaving laptops etc in the room. Breakfast was excellent, including tasty croissants - shame the toast was cold though....

No hot water for the shower on our first morning - same for another guest. a 'technical' issue apparently, but felt like costs were being cut. I didn't like the Naples taxi drivers at all (absolute crooks), but that is certainly not the fault of Domus Deorum!

The hotel is above the standards of the area, the design impresses you extremely pleasantly, the rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Everything looks like in the pictures. To all this, high quality services are added, with the manager doing everything possible for the guests to spend a perfect holiday. From organizing guided tours, to recommendations of restaurants and tourist attractions, making everything easier and more pleasant.

It was really welcoming, champagne and grapes on arrival! It felt very luxurious. The room is small but all you need. In the morning breakfast was delivered to the room and it was fantastic food. The bed was very comfy, and the location was great and close to the station.

The area of Naples itself is a little bit sketchy, particularly being near the station, and the doors to the hotel were a little tricky to get into but aside from that it was a comforting experience and it felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel.

Superb finish , really well presented . Manuela was welcoming, and an excellent host. The delivery of complimentary drinks and snacks to our room after check in was a welcome and kind . Delivery of breakfast to the room as a standard offering was again a lovely touch. Having the benefit of a secluded large balcony made the stay even more perfect.

The location is near the main train station, so not necessarily a great walk home after dark. Having said that there are loads of taxis , so this want really an issue .
