Near the train station, bus & tram terminal. Walkable to the center city. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Room was clean & adequate & surprising after the auspicious beginning. We had food but no refrigerator in the room but they let us store it in the common room so that was really nice.

The signage of the hotel is too small, dark & not easy to find. The call bell wasn't working so no way to open the gate to get in. The courtyard is not very appealing & scary. The sink in the bathroom was leaking & got most of the towels wet which were underneath. The safe was a good amenity however it needed to be anchored because anyone can just lift the whole thing so having a safe is a moot point. The hotel is close to the street & is very noisy. Can't open the balcony door because it sticks & because of the noise but glad the air conditioning works so that worked out fine. These aren't complaints but facts about the property.

Marco and Nadia, the two staff I dealt with were super helpful and we're very responsive. Marco gave me some excellent recommendations for dinner at a local restaurant and Nadia gave very clear instructions on how to get to the room and how to check in. Aircon was super efficient and the bed was comfortable. Also, very quiet at night which is always a bonus! The addition of a safe in the room was also welcome to save having important documents laying around.

The outside of the hotel looks like an abandoned warehouse and not a reflection of the interior at all! I understand the courtyard is multi-use but it could be spruced up to look a bit more welcoming.

The hotel is very close to public transport - it’s about a 10 min walk from both Napoli centrale train station and Garibaldi metro station. It is modern, very clean and our room was a decent size with a largish bathroom and a fabulous big shower. The beds are very comfortable and it has great air conditioning!! Marco checked us in and was extremely helpful with general advice on where to go and what to see during our stay. He is very knowledgeable and charming. He gave us lots of info on the best restaurants in Napoli and even booked an outing for us. We visited the Isle of Capri on his recommendation and we are so glad we did - it was an exceptional experience and highly recommended.

The hotel, though very central, is not in a very nice area in my opinion. I am traveling with my daughter, so we made sure that we were back at the hotel before it got dark each day. We didn’t have any bad experiences, but we didn’t feel it was safe enough for two women to go out at night.

The staff is really nice! Marco was amazing and really helpful showing us the best places to eat and visit and also really helpful when it come for the check-out since our flight was way after our check out time. It’s in the center of the city which helps a lot since you can visit most of the city center without catching a taxi (Which are very expensive since in Italy Uber is not that used, and the price of the Taxi Cabs can be a little tricky, depending on the driver). The room is really nice with a good view and it was really clean and the staff was always offering more towels and too clean the room if needed. The location facilities are nice since you are really close to a metro stop. I would like to also add that Marco was also really helpful regarding to book trips to Capri or another places if you wanna go which helps a lot especially if you don’t know the city that well.

Not that big of a deal but the room doesn’t have any small refrigerator which can be helpful especially at night, since it’s a really hot city. And if you’re traveling alone the streets near the hotel can look a little bit not safe enough especially at night. If you’re main goal is to go to the beaches, the hotel can be a little bit far to go walking, you probably have to go via taxi/car or metro. But overall it’s a 9/10 especially for the price.

The staff was very friendly, the room was cleaned on a daily basis, the room overall looked nice and the location was close to the centre.

Despite being very close to the centre, the location is near the train station which is sort of a dangerous area. we were a couple and we aimed to be in the room by 22.00 because we felt a bit unsafe after that hour.

Very well located, at 5 minute walk from Garibaldi train/bus station. Common areas were recently renovated and very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall great value for the price.

Breakfast choice was not great, so we only had it the first day. Not a great problem since you can find a lot of places around in the neighbourhood.

Lovely little hotel and great value for those looking to see as much of Naples as possible. Located right around the corner from the classic Naples streets, but close enough to walk to the train station in 10 mins for train links to Pompeii and Rome. Around 30 minute walk to the docks and ferry port to get to Ischia/Sorrento and around just under half an hour to Spanish Quarter (for active/fit walkers). Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to meet requests. Hotel also had a nice little kitchen area too.

There was nothing that we would have changed.

For 3* hotel, service was good, rooms clean and simple but nice. 5 minutes from Central Train station and local transport. Walking distance from the city attractions. Little too noisy, but it's hard to avoid it when in Naples.

Hotel is i located in the private building without visible sign or reception, it's easy to be missed.

We arrived late afternoon in the hotel but we got codes from Massimiliano to enter in the hotel and in our room as well, because the reception closing at 2 p.m. Super idea this keyless solution and you don’t have to be afraid to lose your key! The staff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious, fresh and there was abundant selection from the foods and beverages. The staff cleaned our room every day and changed the towels also.

The arae around the hotel is not so clean. The traffic in the street of the hotel is a little bit noisy.

Funky entrance threw us - took a minute to figure out how to get inside! But once we did, fresh and lovely. Marco who checked us in was great, with suggestions on where to eat and very helpful in general. Clean, updated, great bedding.

I was fine with this -- my husband found the entry off-putting. I thought it added to the coolness. No complaints, really!
