Beautiful hotel with the most amazing view over the Bay of Naples. We were given a free upgrade to a junior suite which was beautiful. The hotel isn’t too big and the friendly staff made it special. The terrace view while eating dinner is outstanding. We didn’t try the Michelin star restaurant however we did eat several times in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel is a little way up the hill from the centre of Naples and therefore quieter and cleaner streets. It takes around 20/25 mins to walk to the city centre.

The only thing I could possibly say is that a spa would have been nice. Otherwise this is a fantastic hotel and I can’t find any faults.

The location was great with amazing views over the town & Bay of Naples. The assistance give by Marta to add an extra night do we could arrive a day earlier was fantastic. The room was clean and well presented. Food was great and we had breakfast every day and dinner 3 times. Customer service was attentive but not obtrusive. Love the James Bond bar, it was great to sit on the terrace after a busy sightseeing day and relax with a meal and a great cocktail. The assistance given to book tripe’s to Ischia, Reggia Caserta and taxis was fantastic. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone visiting Naples.

Fantastic hotel, we’ve been to the area many times before and now we’ve experienced hotel Parker I simply wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Naples. Superb view with great dining and bar options, lovely rooms with new clean facilities. It’s a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our (very) young family and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They were very flexible with our needs and even made our baby extra food which was absolutely amazing. There is a very welcoming atmosphere, despite its grandeur. It really is a 5 star hotel.

We loved exploring Naples with all its treasures and experiencing its unique atmosphere and culture. The Parker’s Hotel provides a most beautiful view on Naples bay. The stuff is very helpful, always cheerful and available to help with any request. We definitely recommend this Hotel and hope coming back someday again.

The hotel is located slightly out of the city center and takes a long walk to get there, however it is adjacent to the most beautiful area of Napoli around Chiaia. But this does not make up for the long walk or 10 m taxi ride you might need to have to get to the center. However, the hotel staff is one of the most forthcoming staff i have ever experienced, spot on and made our stay smooth. Coming to the highlight of this hotel, the views. Not only had we a hotel room with the most stunning view across the Napoli Bay including Capri, you can also have this view from the breakfast terrace. This is definietly a big highlight and worth the money!

Lowlight, the hotel is quite old and the rooms / facilities are suggesting this. Therefore, do not expect a 4 star new fancy hotel. The hotel is located slightly out of the city center and takes a long walk to get there

Great staff. All so very friendly. Great breakfast selection with fantastic views across the whole bay from the terrace - from Vesuvius to Capri and beyond. Definitely the hotel to stay at for the views. The new James Bond rooftop cocktail bar opened during our stay. It’s a must for anyone visiting Naples who likes their cocktails and views.

The room was a little tired but some of the other floors looked liked they’d already been refurbished so it could be a work in progress. It could also be a little noisy from traffic and events on around the area although it was much quieter after midnight. The hotel is set high up overlooking the bay so taxis are required a lot of the time unless you’re prepared to walk downhill to the bay. We didn’t mind this but it’s a steep climb back up which may not be possible for less mobile people. However there are also some very good restaurants within walking distance - 5-10 minutes’ walk - and there is a small selection of shops close by in both directions from the hotel.

We loved everything about this magnificent hotel which was the highlight of our stay in Naples. It is situated a few minutes walk away from the busy centre with breathtaking views of the bay, fabulous spacious rooms luxuriously finished with Italian decor. Exceptional breakfast at the Terrace on the 6th floor, amazing food at The George, Michelin Star Restaurant. Hotel staff were very professional, courteous and helpful at all times. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!!

Grand Hotel Parker was a highlight of my entire trip to Italy. It's location overlooking the bay is breathtaking, and the wonderful welcome Francesco provided at the beautiful front desk was all I needed to confirm this beautiful hotel was going to be one of my favorites forever. The charming room (especially the balcony) was perfect - Italian decor and high ceilings - lovely bathrooms... but the staff and their kindness was the overarching factor of goodness. THE BEST is the incredible breakfast on the six floor... tiers of baked goods, bacon, eggs, coffees, teas, jams, everything one could imagine with immaculate service from Alessandro the Maitre D' who even made sure we could pack what we could not eat so we had it later in the day... the best of the best! I am already homesick to return and SO THANKFUL to everyone at Grand Parker for creating memories I will cherish for all my life!!!

NOTHING, and looking forward to returning in a few months to see your newly renovated rooms! I cannot wait to share the beauty of your hotel with my 83 year old mother who remembers Napoli from her youth!

We loved the staff, the view from our room was fabulous, as was the view from the dining room and rooftop bar. restaurant was very good and reasonably priced, sadly we were unable to experience the Michelin rated main restaurant. The overall feel and decor of the property was lovely. We enjoyed being on the western "edge" of the city, although it did mean a challenging taxi ride to and from the train and city centre. Worth mentioning again: the staff. Just lovely.

I really can't think of anything, I'm sure there was something small but obviously it was inconsequential.

The location was fantastic, rooftop to enjoy the view, breakfast overlooking Capri with Vesuvius in the back. The best, I have to say, was the staff. Starting from check in, the staff was so sweet. Since we got in late, we went to the roof for drinks and dinner, the servers were amazing and patient.

Not a single thing. It was perfect. We will definitely come back to Grand Hotel Parker’s again.
