The place is close to the beach, you just need to cross a street and a small park. Rooms are clear, air conditioner works fine, it is not that loud even though windows are faced to street, it did not bother our sleep. Bathroom is quite convenient as well. Even though we arrived in a city much earlier than the check-in time, we were allowed to leave our luggage while we travel around the city waiting for check-in time.

On check-in time there were no administrator, so we had to wait for a 30-40 minutes. It is not such a problem, but when we tried to call an administrator, we could not do it as well, nobody was answering. Just be prepared, it can happen this way, but you will be checked in.

Clean, cosy, lovely room with a huge bathtub. As for amenities, we got toothbrush with toothpaste as well as body soaps, shower caps. Smooth wifi connection. As the hotel is on the first floor, it is not high enough to get the sea view - it is true that windows are on the sea side, but there is a park with trees between the hotel and the seashore. Gentleman at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, delighted our stay, thank you! Hotel has a very good location, 2 min walk from the bus stop or 8 min walk for the metro/train station, in safe and quiet area. I recommend this hotel.

The decoration and the cleanliness of the room. The staff, especially the person at the reception, were super nice and welcoming, very helpful. The location was perfect, easily accessible by walk or by metro (the station Piazza Amadeo is very close by). There are lots of places around to eat (Osterias and Trattorias) and lots of boutiques as well. The neighbourhood is 'chic', and that gives a break from the crowded city centre.

Maybe the check in time is a bit late, but there was the possibility to leave the luggage at the reception so it was not a big issue

Room was very large with 12ft ceilings and lots of natural light from 2 doors to a narrow balcony with seating. Bathroom was huge. Really a beautiful room and very clean all in white. The two large doors to the balcony were amazing and soundproof. The balcony looked over a very busy street and restaurant directly below it

Nothing that the hotel could do about it. But being that close to the ocean with only a view of the street kinda bummed me out. From google maps you'd assume a decent view of the park at the very least. The god send were the doors. It was incredibly loud with the doors to the balcony open but the moment you closed them, you'd never know were on the street. The seating on the balcony was a nice thought but it being such a busy street, you can't really take advantage of it. Besides that the only other complaint was the mattress was pretty hard.

After having my passport stolen, i booked a last minute room at Barbarella Homes because of its closeness to the consulate. The front desk person was honestly the most welcoming person that I’ve encountered on my 10 day trip. I was feeling upset nervous and anxious about getting my documents on time for my flight back home but his friendship for the time spend there kept a smile on my face. Gracias amigo! Btw check out the coffee shop right below in the morning, great food and coffee

The room was really clean with no old/overused stuff. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning was done daily. The hot tub was a great addition. The bed was fairly comfy. Good location in Naples.

Maybe the bathroom walls could use some fresh paint. The bathtub had some permanent stains, even if it was actually clean. Some special paint should help.

The concierge who welcomed us late at night was fantastic! He made us feel very welcomed and went above and beyond to accommodate us as we arrived. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness of the environment.

I could just mentioned the fact that I was expecting a bigger room based on the pictures posted on the booking portal. The super small room is not something I foresaw before my stay and I think I would have chosen another place based on the price/size relation. Other than that, the place was outstanding.

Good sized room. Great location with a metro station close by and a fantastic seafood restaurant opposite.

The hotel is very small which means staff are not always around. The desk wasn't manned when we arrived (early but we had planned to leave our luggage and check in later), or when we checked out. We didn't have any problems but this might be something for others to consider.

We really loved the spacious, well appointed room. It was very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly during this heatwave. We absolutely loved the Chiaia neighborhood.

While the staff was very polite and helpful, no one was available between the hours of 10:30 pm to the time we left at 7:15 am. Additionally, the WiFi didn’t work and breakfast was unavailable. Thankfully a great cafe is right downstairs.
