I appreciated the large room and bed with private bath, and generous breakfasts. And the air conditioning! It's also perfectly located in terms of getting to sights. Most importantly, Monica is an exceptionally kind, friendly, responsive, and helpful host. Anything you need--resto recommendations, daily itinerary recommendations, taxi to airport, etc--she's on it.

I would have appreciated more transparency around the amount of stairs one needs to climb to get to Monart. My friend and I had large heavy bags, but we managed. This should be easily attained information, as it is an accessibility issue. I understand the stairs are typical of Naples accommodations, though (so be warned)! I also was under the impression this was a hotel with a proper reception, which it is not--it is electronic access/check-in (which is easy & straightforward)

Monica was lovely, very knowledgeable about Naples and quick to resolve the issue with blocked pipes in the bathroom on our arrival. She quickly called someone out and moved us to another room.

Unfortunately communication prior to our arrival was poor, assuming we use WhatsApp information was sent whilst we were travelling which we would not have received until we logged into wifi. Hence we could not find 'Monart' or had any idea about how to get into the building. A phone call was necessary and we were guided to the building and given the access codes. It would be helpful to send the information earlier and have a larger sign outside.

The room was very pretty with a lovely small balcony overlooking the city. The ensuite bathroom was big enough with a great shower and facilities in it. The breakfast each morning was served by the charming hostess/owner Monica who was very helpful with advice on what to do and where to go. The location was great in the fact that it was very close to the Musee underground station where both Line 1 and Line 2 run from giving great access to alot of city locations.

The noise from the main road near by was very load but this is Naples where everyone just beeps their car horn the whole time... Make sure you bring ear plugs with you. The bed was also a little hard for our liking, a nice soft mattress topper would be great.

This apartment is light, airy, high ceilings, lots of character. Very clean. Great host. It felt like we were temporarily living in Napoli. The location is super. Next to the metro station - public transport was so easy. The archaeological museum is next door and within 10m walk is Napoli old town, with all it's attractions. There is a most charming lift that reduces the flights of stairs you have to take to the property.

The shower didn't drain all that well. And it would have been nice to have had a change of towels after 2 nights.

This hotel is cozy and small - only 3 rooms available. There is a common hall where you can make tea/coffee, taste some fruits and pastries provided by the host. The Host (yeah, capital H), Monica, was very friendly and polite. She could help us with everything: she gave us recommendations about restaurants around the hotel, made for us excellent breakfast everyday. We were in contact in WhatsApp and she answered very quickly. Breakfast contains toasts, pancakes, several types of salami, cheese, yoghurt, and pastries. Those are from grocery store (so, breakfast isn’t hand made) but the ingredients are of high quality and you can find something that you like. The room was very beautiful with city view. Also, it was shiny clean. I strongly recommend to visit this beautiful hotel

We had a very gracious host named Monica! When we first arrived my boyfriend lost his phone and we didn’t know how we were going to retrieve it. I contacted Monica asking for her help. She immediately replied that she would contact every taxi company from the port that we arrived from. Long story short, she helped us locate the phone safely back into my boyfriends possession. We are forever grateful for her help on resolving this issue. Definitely made our stay that much more enjoyable! Grazie Mille Monica!

Nothing we didn’t like. Hands down the best hospitality we experienced in Italy.

Authentic B&B accommodation in a historic building right in the busy center near the monuments and the historical center. Accommodation is clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast is rich and everyone can choose. However, care is extraordinary of the owner Monica, who is helpful on request by very valuable advice, which is not quite usual. The view is on a busy intersection. For those who are interested in authentic the life of city dwellers can be interesting.

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. When you were looking from the window, you could see a nice view of Napoli, with aristocratic, colorful buildings. Monica was also very helpful and kind! I would definitely come back!

The only drawback was the 3 floors you had to carry the suitcases without an elevator, but it is reasonable for a building like this.

Apartments in the historical center in an old house. The rooms are well renovated and have interesting design solutions. Nice owner, good breakfast. i recommend this place

keep in mind that the apartments are located on the third floor in a historic building. it's 80 steps up the stairs. Pretty tiring without luggage, impossible with luggage. the area near is very noisy. But the room has good insulation and air conditioning

Location was great, just next door to Archeological museum of Naples. Ten minutes walk to Piazza Bellini and close to manny other sites. There are two metro stations,right in front of the building. Very convenient, indeed. We will definitely choose this accommodation next time we decide to visit Naples. The property host Monica was so helpful, so thoughtful and made our stay even greater. Thank you Monica ! Rooms and bathrooms are marvellous. Spotless clean and very stylish and modern! I highly recommend Monart hospitality for your stay, no second thoughts whatsoever!
