The place is well located and the room was a good sized room with a balcony. The place was clean.

The breakfast could be better. It was mostly some stale cakes and packaged toast. Unless you like packaged cakes I wouldn't count on breakfast. The air con wasn't working properly and it was a very hot time. I kept on being told that the A/C was fine. It was eventually fixed on the 2nd last day.

The place is amazing in an old house. There are two metro stations nearby. The historic center of Napoli. There are many historical sites and museums around.

I booked this place for my friends. We are deaf tourists and it was difficult to communicate with the hostess. They gave the service staff 10 euros for the city tax, but overpaid 10 euros again before leaving. I believe that it will be difficult for deaf tourists in this hotel to communicate and understand the needs of the owners and staff. Clarification in advance - in the description of the hotel there is no this information - for the elevator to the 5th floor you need to pay 20 cents.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect for exploring the nightlife of Naples! It is 2 minutes away to cafes, restaurants, bars, as well as from two metro stations Museo and Piazza Cavour. The room was very clean, bed - comfortable, you don't hear any sounds from the street, was really nice to have air conditioning, the self check-in was uncomplicated.

The doors are really thin, so you hear all the sounds / baby cries from other rooms, coffee machine was very loud as well, so it would wake us up whenever other guests would make coffee. The breakfast was only okay... Not like from the pictures.

Great communication and this place is in between two metro stops. This is located within a building and a few sets of stairs. There is a lift charge at 20cents if you did have heavy luggage. Pharmacy and grocery place are literally on this street. They accommodated early check in for us, the room is spacious, modern and we had a room with a balcony. Very clean place. Breakfast was basic and help yourself so toast, coffee, tea, juice, ham, cheese, jam, bread etc. If you wanted anything else, this street has a grocery store and a cafe or two nearby. The communication is through whatsapp and they were helpful with any questions as well as finding this place!

I feel Naples is a dodgy place where some places are safer than others however, I felt safe staying in this spot as its still a tourist area and you just need your wits on you.

location is great, 1 stop from main piazza from the airport, centre is near by foot, mini market, pharmacy and cafe just near the door.. room was clean and breakfast was decent, polite owners

low pressure shower, strange noises from wc air mechanism even during night.. everything is clear and all is done via whatsapp with the owners, but for some didnt work like some other guests that they were ringing the bells and doors but the inside guests arent allowed to open

Location is excellent! The view from our terrace was wonderful. We could leave our bags after staying almost the whole day.

They did not provide us new towels during our five-day stay. The amount of food and coffee you can take for breakfast is not clearly defined, so we had a misunderstanding with the owner. It should be better organized.

- It was nice to have a balcony, a washing machine, and a coffee machine + some small breakfast items provided in the fridge. - Room was large and comfortable. - Walking distance to Centro Storico which has a lot of great food and bars.

Good location, very close to centro storico and metro/train stations. It's a nice building with a grocery store next door (which was convenient since due to Covid restrictions the breakfast options in the B&B were limited). The shared kitchen has a fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle (which was broken when we arrived, but the hosts replaced it when we notified them). The room was cleaned every day. Communication with Ilaria & Roberto (through Whatsapp) was pleasant and helpful.

The position was fantastic near the metro underground station. The owner was very available for my enquiries and helped her most . Would return 101%
