Everything about the room, location etc. was excellent. The bathroom was spacious and very well appointed with a bidet and the shower had a huge square shower head which felt luxurious. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. The television worked well and included netflix. We arrived to a complimentary little bottle of prosecco with chilled champagne glasses and lots of snacks and water were included in the room for no extra charge. This is most unusual and very welcome.

All of our communication with the hotel came via text. We never saw another person except the woman who cleaned the room. Mind you the instructions we got via text were fabulous, clear and easy to follow. Also, all recommendations for places to eat etc. were excellent. It was possible to text Stefano when out and about 24/7 and he would help you immediately. While this is great, I personally found it all a little alienating and at one point I suspected I was talking to a computer. I still am not sure. So, everything excellent for those who are in the computer generation. We are seniors and while we loved the accommodation and the service, we would have loved to have met a living person at reception instead of a text.

The service from the staff was exceptional. Really helpful via WhatsApp before and during our stay. We were helped with a taxi booking the next morning which was incredibly straightforward. The check-in information was extensive and easy to follow. There is always a bit of a worry when there is no physical person there when checking in, but this was as smooth as could be. The location was fantastic, walking distance to most attractions, and the property itself felt safe and secure. You could tell that the apartments themselves are looked after well everyday, even if there is no person on site constantly. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was really good.

The shower was quite uncomfortable to use, the overhead shower was powerful but covered the entirety of the small cubicle, so it was hard to fit inside comfortably. After a long and hot day of travel this could have been a better experience for us.

Stefano was an excellent host (all comms over WhatsApp) the suites are very modern, good security, easy check in/out process. You can leave luggage to collect later and Stefano will help you arrange transport if needed (taxi to airport €22.50). The cleaning lady was also very friendly and made the bed and provided fresh towels. Location is right in the middle of the city, we walked from the port (10mins), there is also a metro station a few mins walk, a supermarket for supplies and lots of restaurants nearby. The wifi connection is also very good and there’s Netflix on the tv in the room.

Nothing that we didn’t like, these are just some things to note but it wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again and I would still recommend: Very busy road outside, there will be some noise all day and night. Old building so walls/ceilings are thin, sound travels. Compact shower cubicle. No courtesy facilities after check out, having a toilet and somewhere to shower would be hugely beneficial.

Located in an old building, this is a stay with character. The staff are very professional and friendly, even though you never really see anyone, they are still super attentive virtually. The bigger rooms are very comfortable and prosecco on arrival is a nice touch. It is also quite safe, and very clean. It is a walk away from all the main sites, couldn't have a more central location.

The first room we were in had a noisy bed but the staff were quick to move us to another room, so the problem was solved quickly. It would have been nice to have breakfast facilities in the property. Rooms facing the street will inevitably have a bit of Naples city noise given the super central location, but the soundproofing is pretty good.

Great location, clean, recently and nicely refurbished, very spacious, and nice cosmetic products (L’Occitane). We spent 5 nights here and were quickly reaching all areas of interest in Naples and also the Garibaldi station to catch the train to Pompei and Herculaneum. The cleaning lady was also very nice and ensuring each time we saw her that everything was fine. We would definitely come back. Also, very clear instructions given by WhatsApp prior to our arrival.

Given its very central location, the traffic noise, but not sure you can find much better in Naples.

A housekeeper comes in each morning to tidy up. But that's about it, as far as staff goes. The property owner apparently lives nearby; there's a big red button you can press in the reception area which rings him at home. And he's pleasant, but it's not like having a person to talk to onsite. Since there's virtually no staff, you have to remember separate codes for the street door, the door to the suites, and your room door. But that said, the rooms are quite nice and warm in the winter.

great location near metro and old city, great use of technology in check-in and facilities, big bathroom with all the products and towels you need, nice minibar and it’s kind they left me a welcoming drink bottle on check-in but i don’t drink alcohol

the bedroom was kinda small but it’s not an issue for me tbh, the elevator is old style (double doors) and i hate this type

Great location. Very nice and modern space. I really liked the self checkin/checkout. I loved the prosecco that we be offered in the first night. Our host was so kind to allow us late checkout.

Just as a suggestion: please, add a mirror at the bedroom. There is a mirror ate the bathroom only, and if we want to do hair drying or makeup while the partner is on shower, the mirror at bedroom would be great!

The owner Stefano was extremely helpful. The reception is unmanned but it made no difference Stefano responds immediately to whatsapps/texts. Our plane was very late and he messaged us and sent us locations of restaurants still open, even calling restaurants to ensure they were open as it was after 12. Really really responsive. The room was exceptionally clean in an old atmospheric building. Great location - 6-7 mins from Airport bus, less than 10 mins from old town, same distance from the port and ferry to Sorrento. Loved all the L'occataine toiletries. Bathroom was perfect. Highly recommend in every way.

nice modern room in a charming old building, walking distance everywhere and right by a metro station. Although we met no staff, Stefano was constantly available over WhatsApp and helped us with everything, including restaurant reservations. We slept on the street side on the first night which we found too noisy in spite of the good double glazing. At our request they changed us to a patio side room for the rest of our stay, which was perfect. very comfortable beds and pillows and a nice bathroom. No breakfast at the hotel but Stefano recommended several nice places to have breakfast and coffee.

if you’re a light sleeper, request a room at the back. otherwise all perfect.
