We loved the location, which was close (walking distance) to the centre and to the attractions, but was in a safe area with nice little restaurants around. The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet, we were able to have a good night's rest. There were even two types of pillows in the room, soft and firm :) The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was brought in our room, but you could ask for seconds and everything was delicious, even the coffee. The hosts were very nice and helpful, had some very good recommendations for restaurants close-by, transportation and interesting places to visit.

Very comfortable room on the first floor of the building - bed, air-conditioning ,bathroom, breakfast were all super. Giuliana, her son and staff were all very friendly. Guiliana also gave great tips and advice about visiting the city. Thank you!

We hadn't realised that there were no permanent staff at Napolinn. If we had known, we would have given more precise details about our arrival time other than just an approximation. Due to this, there was nobody there when we arrived in front of the building 30 minutes early which was a bit of a shock. However, phone numbers worked, access was given and personnel were very reactive.

Simply amazing stay. located right in the centre of the city in a beautiful building conveniently located near to a metro stop. The rooms were so modern, clean and comfortable and we slept very well. Nice big smart TV and spacious bathrooms. By far, the best part is Giuliana, who is so warm and welcoming and made us feel so at home, serving breakfast to are rooms every day with a smile! the breakfast was amazing, choice from a variety of continental and some cooked options that you tick on a sheet and select a time and then is brought to consume within the comfort of your room (at a table). The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. The stay was great value for money and we wouldn’t hesitate to return! Overall, an amazing stay and we are so grateful to Giuliana for making it a perfect stay, Grazie Giuliana!

Loved the breakfasts. It was super convenient to have a tray brought to our rooms at the time we requested to eat. Great selection of food too. Great location in the city and super quiet considering it is off a major road. The bed was also super comfortable.

We couldn't figure out how to get in the B&B. I couldn't find anything in my email and didn't realize I needed to check my whatsapp for the door access info... finally was able to get inside though b/c the neighbor helped us!

Napolinn is perfectly located, near the historic centre of Naples, famous Via Toledo and monuments, Spanish district, rich Chiaia, and the sea from where you can observe Vesuvius. Nearby there are lots of restaurants with delicious food and shops. If you need a parking space, it is possible to leave your car in a garage withing the distance of 850 m from the B&B. The room is clean and nice with a beautiful wall picture and comfortable bed. And the most important, the host Giuliana is an extraordinary person who can help you with everything, she will explain how to get to certain places, what to visit, where to eat, she is very helpful and friendly and prepares perfect Italian breakfast! We will miss you, Giuliana!

Everything was perfect!

Really quiet room, despite being in the centre of Naples. High ceilings give added impression of space. Breakfast is good, omelette worth the price. Best to communicate with Guilette via WhatsApp. Little / no internal noise. Good location for most sights. Safe local area. Comfy beds. Good wifi.

Getting a taxi ordered for the journey was iffy. Yes, you can eat in the kitchen area - but this did not seem to be encouraged.

The location was perfect to visit Napoli! It was 5-10 minutes away from the center/Spanish Quarter, but far enough from all the noise! It was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing! All fresh, Napolitan ingredients. The owner was very warm and kind. Giuliana also provided a map with all the main places we should visit, including recommendations of restaurants and bars.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Giuliana our host was amazing! She was super nice and helpful. We could check in earlier, also could leave our bags there after check out. The room was nice and clean, we had enough place to put our stuff there. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was also really clean. The breakfast was perfect, Giuliana was really helpful and attentive. The B&B was really close to everywhere, the harbour was 10 min walk. There is also a very good restaurant next to the apartment: Anonymus! Super kind service and great food at a very good price! I really recommend this B&B, best choice ever!!! :)

Easy to find on a main street in Naples. Very kind and helpful host. Breakfast was nice with fresh croissants served in the room, ordered previous day. The room although small was furnished with several sockets, also usb port on lamp, spacious shower place and separated toilet.

Room was really very small for 2 persons while shower place was wider. Breakfast served in room but impossible to consume it by two together. Table was actually a tiny bureau and it was difficult to eat together

Giuliana went above and beyond assisting us during our stay of 6 nights. She arranged shuttles, gave train advice and did store our luggage which was a big ask! The rooms are very quiet and comfortable and the location is perfect for visiting Naples and the surrounding area. The breakfast included juice, coffee, cereal, yogurt and breads which was perfect for an active day. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
