I was very well welcomed. The room was more than I could have expected for the price. In the morning I got a nice simple breakfast. Everything is in reach by foot within a few minutes (grocery, pharmacy, restaurant) For motorcyclists, around Nicosia there are many crazy roads to ride ✌️🏍️ I was able to park my bike 2m from the entrance in a safe spot. Can't expect more for such a low price, great 👍

Other guests were quite loud when arriving late in the evening. 🗣️📢

Everything you could need is right there. The kitchen is very well stocked for breakfast with many different options depending on taste. Marcello is very kind and welcoming. They even cleaned my room on my second day, like they would in a hotel !!! Was not expecting that kind of attention for a place of this type and I’ve booked many !!! Grazie Mille Marcello ! You were right, the arancini was amazing !! 🫶

The owner was fabulous. We have stayed in beachfront hotels,agricultural resorts, and excellent urban residences - 7 nights in all - while in Sicily and this was the best. And we were made to feel very welcome and well formed about the charming town. Very accommodating for our needs. Great breakfast.

The weather was hot but the AC worked well.

The host went above and beyond to accomodate us. Salty breakfast is not common in Sicily, so we are grateful. Also recommendation for restaurant was spot on!

For light sleepers I would recommend to get ear plugs. I had the pleasure to have elderly couple next door and was forced to be awake with them.

Bright big room with balcony and view of the city. Well equipped kitchen and after shyly asking for a "salty" rather than "sweet" breakfast we were treated to different kind of cheese, salami and ham galore. Fantastic! And well fed in the morning it is only a short walk into the historic center.

There was absolutely nothing to bicker about.

B&B flat rised to perfection ;-) Everything you need is here. Well supplied kitchen and fridge. Perfect english. Perfectly signed, easy to find. Personaly appreciate functional heating on rooms 👍 Only one night spend but it was one of the best accomodation during my stay on Sicily in this price category.

Marcello is very take-caring and helpful man. The location of B&B is in the historical central of the town Nicosia. The equipment of the kitchen is perfect, the room is nice; everything was absolutely clean. The breakfast was very good (Italian and continental). You can make a coffee and tea in the kitchen; fruit is available as well. Thank you for a nice 2 nights! I have to come again!

The host, the room supplied with a selection of teas, coffees, yoghurts, juices and fresh fruit, the location, cleanliness, the quality finish all made this a very pleasant stay. Easy to park, basically everything, thank you, Marcello.
