Aria is a hidden gem in the heart of Noto, close to pretty much anything you want to see in the historic city. It is located in a wonderfully restored old building with beautiful frescoes/painted cornicing in the bedrooms and has a real sense of history. The b&b has absolutely beautiful 180 degree views of Noto stretching from the coast, to the city’s Duomo and surrounding hillside, where you can see the sunset. Choose a room with a terrace and you can also enjoy the view from your own private outdoor sitting area. The main terrace is a great spot for eating breakfast, having aperitvo in the evenings or just sitting back and relaxing during the day (you can also enjoy a dip in the little jacuzzi pool). There’s a good selection at breakfast and the hosts were really kind and made omelettes to order. I’m Would recommend to anyone and don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else when I’m in Noto.

I highly recommend this hotel! I stayed there for 4 nights and it was amazing. The breakfast and staff, especially Angela, were incredible! It is located in a great location, where you can walk right to downtown and local restaurants and bars. It was super clean and comfortable. I would def go back!

the terrace and the view, the garden, and the design and decor of the room.

There isn’t a lift so it’s not ideal for elderly / those with mobility problems, but there are only a few steps. The sound of the water heater going on at night with some noisy creaking pipes is a bit of a bother.

Loooovely property, beautiful ceilings in the rooms woow!!! Great balcony. The view from there was just gorgeous!!Terrace with very good cocktails. Free parking outside the hotel was super convenient.

Internet was a little but that’s typical in Europe I guess

The property is very old and is exceptionally beautiful, the outside terrace gives a wonderful vista of the town.it is at the top of a steep hill of which there are several in Noto. Friendly staff, superb breakfast on the patio

No complaints

The terrace was like a little piece of paradise with beautiful views across Noto. Also one of the best breakfasts we had during three weeks in Italy. We were also lucky in securing free parking outside the hotel.

Stunning & spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace which arguably had the best views in Noto. Staff were very accommodating and the rooms were in a great central location in town.

Amazing terrace and view. Breakfast is superb. You can not find better breakfast in Noto. Staff is very nice. Rooms are clean. Easy to park and location is close to everywhere. Definitely recommend!
