Location, across the square from the station, and 10 minutes stroll into the main retail and attraction area was ideal. Room was large and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Breakfast good enough with a good variety of things. A comedy of errors with door keys and a defective safe tested our Italian which is minimal and their English, not a great deal better. But things were managed with charm, patience, and good humour. I'd judge this as a really good business hotel in a city that does not cater much for tourists. Ideal for a one nighter en route to Turin.

The lighting in the room was very low. Why on earth can't hotels give us better?

We booked the junior suite with balcony. The room was quite large and the spacious balcony allowed us to enjoy the city views and cool winter air. The heating was sufficient and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was simple, but everything was of excellent quality. Their coffees were exquisite. The Novara station is also just a 2 minute walk away, so it’s very convenient for quick visits to cities like Milan 😊

There weren’t many amenities in the room. The staff was accommodating when we asked for dishes and cutlery to enjoy the food we found at a local deli, but cutlery and glasses looked very dirty. The lighting was quite dim and the internet speed was not the best in case you need to suddenly take a video conferencing call.

Clean & spacious room with a tasteful decor and very comfortable beds. The staff at reception were super friendly, helpful and accommodated my wishes The included breakfast was fantastic. All very professional and the hotel deserves its 4 star rating. Location is great too, close to the train station and city centre.

A suggestion only: a coffee machine or electric kettle in the room would add that extra bit to the comfort However, one can get a coffee down in the foyer at any time which was truly appreciated.

The staff greeted me with a freindly face and arranged an early breakfast for me The location was perfect because it was right across from the train station Nice view of the garden from the littlte balcony also the loctation was very close to restrtaunts and within walking distance of the local atractions

Beds were fast to hard might as well have slept on the floor and a kettle in the room would be handy just to make a cup of tea have said it all like one big family

Well located hotel in Novara, close to the station and city centre. The staff was quite nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the facilities you would need for a stay during a business trip. The breakfast was just normal as usually available in other hotels.

Check-in and out a bit long and disorganised. Being close to the train station, the immediate surroundings of the hotel can feel dodgy after 22:00. The breakfast room is in the cellar without daylight…

Nice room. Walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was very good.

The parking is private but you need to stop your car outside a closed gate on a somewhat busy little road and push a button to open the gate. Very inconvenient.

Good location in front of the train station and five minutes on foot from the center. Large room and comfortable beds, cleanliness and abundant breakfast - this hotel offers everything you might need for a short stay in Novara. The private parking is a plus.

Great location: train station was just 100 m away. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. I have not ever seen that large choice of sweet pastries, cakes and cookies. Unfortunately I don´t have a sweet tooth.

Smell of cleaning products was too strong.
