Really liked this little B&B in Novara for many reasons: + Location is convenient, close to the centre and in a very quiet zone (we were very happy about it because in Novara there was a certain festival or something and the whole center was trembling with loud music) + Friendly helpful owner. Many thanks for bringing us to the train station when my friend had problems with dragging her suitcase and no taxis were available. (But in fact, it's about 20 min on foot to the train or bus station) + It was fine to sleep, air-conditioning was functioning well. + Good breakfast. + Value for money - absolutely! It's a very good option to have a stop here when you travel to the western regions of Italy from Malpensa (1 hour by direct bus) or anywhere else.

Definitely it's not a 5-star hotel, it's a small but very well-run B&B, so nothing to complain about!

The owner Gianni, was very warm and welcoming. He did his best to make me feel at home and comfortable during my stay there. The room which I occupied was excellent and was cleaned everyday. I had a lovely, spacious bathroom as well, with a superb shower. On the whole, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will hopefully return to his B+B when making future visits to Novara. The whole experience was superb!

I can't fault this B and B in any way. It was excellent!

The host was really helpful and did his best to make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless when I arrived and was cleaned and ready to a high standard every day whilst I was there. The breakfast was lovely. A variety of savoury and sweet options and ample good coffee. The food was replenished right until the end of breakfast. There is also a kitchen which guests can use. I didn't try to cook so I am not sure if it is equipped with utensils, but there is a microwave, fridge and kettle.

I was traveling alone as the first night of my road trip. The host contacted me ahead of time and made sure they would be there on my arrival, waiting for me in the street. They showed me where to safely park my car. (Very well protected parking which was essential for me). I checked in and asked for recommendations in the city center, which they provided and they were very good. Had a great night sleep and the breakfast was absolutely incredibly tasty and fresh. Would totally recommend!!

I have very few thigns I did not like. (they were not essential anyway). There was no ashtray on the balcony. Also, the frame of the bad was creaky (but the matress was very good)

Very nice host, quite a large breakfast, private parking, really nice, large room, close to the center of the city (10 min walk), easy to get to by car; the B&B is very cosy and has a lot of plants; nice large bathroom

Small balcony and you can't smoke on it; parking was paid (5 euro per night) which is a bit much for such a small town. No other issues.

I like how location of the apartment is in a peaceful location but 5 minute walk will take you to the center of the city. Also parking place included garage, so car was protected. I did not stay for breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Bathroom was also clean and it had everything I needed, even has a bidet.

Absolutely lovely B&B, feels homey, but also very comfortable. Gianni was a caring and responsive host and the breakfast absolutely wonderful! Great shower and nice room. Central Novara is about 10 minutes walk, very easy to reach.

Not very much, if I could give an advice it would be to provide a set of lower pillows, as the ones given were very high.

Excellent location close to the old centre of Novara which is a lovely place not too far from Milan off the main east-west motorway. The room was great and very quiet. Off street secure parking was perfect, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were really exceptionally helpful.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a very friendly welcome, we were able to use a washing machine, the location was very close to the historic centre, there was dedicated bicycle storage that was easy to access, the breakfast was great (and our host was able to provide soy milk), and there was air-coniditoning, very welcome on a hot day!

Cleanness . It’s one of the cleanest and the most tidy room that I’ve stayed. Breakfast. Very prefect and well prepared breakfast. Staff. Very lovely and friendly staff. Location. Very quiet place and there is a bus line to the city center and 3 mins of walking distance to ALDI.
