The location was very convenient for connecting buses to the airport and ferry port - the stops were just a minute or two's walk from the B&B. It is about a five minute walk to get into the centre of the town. Friendly check in. Large, clean bedroom with air conditioning, and a clean, well appointed bathroom with some toiletries which could be used. Free, cold bottled water is available from the communal water fridge.

The breakfast voucher was to take to a cafe about a minute's walk away in exchange for a coffee and pastry. The selection was ok but didn't offer much choice if you didn't want a pastry.

We book the room 1 day before arrival, communication was really great through booking or whatsapp. It is a nice small place really close to city center. The voucher for breakfast could be used in a nice coffee shop that opens at 6am. We were satisfied, as we only come to rest after a long day trips in Sardegna.

The furniture was little bit old, but nothing serious.

The B&B was very good. The owner Gianluca was super nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok with the room and even gifted us a sparkling wine bottle for New Year's Eve. The hotel is fairly close to the town centre and the room we stayed in was nice. We had free access to bottled water (in Olbia the sink water is not potable) and we had A/C in the room and a little courtyard just outside for chilling. The breakfast was a typical italian one at a nearby Caffè, cappuccino and cornetto, but here too the staff was very warm and welcoming.

Everything was great, but to be extremely nitpicky however the room was a bit humid (but that was a feature of the climate) and the street cleaning woke us up one night as it was very loud

The room had everything necessary, I actually really liked the bathroom. Everything was really clean and they provided free water.

The location was really central, but the address on booking was not correct (2 numbers further) which gave me a bit of a scare. The location is good to walk to the city center, but on first sight I wouldn't have necessarily stayed in the area given that I was travelling alone.

Overal great experience

- The "breakfast included" is included up to the limit of 4€ from the cafe next by. I took a croissant and orange juice and had to pay an extra for it. - Bad noise isolation and we hear everyone going in and out of the B&B

While I was only there very briefly overnight, the staff were super welcoming and helpful, the room was fantastic and comfortable, it ticked every box for me. Also they offered lots of free bottled water - a nice touch, as I hike and I needed it!

B&B is small but cosy and calm. Big room and was ready much earlier check-in, comfortable bed. Thanks a lot to owners, everything was good. Bus stop to the airport is very near, city center in 10 minutes on foot.

Perfect place when you are travelling. Very close to the bus/ railway station and also to the city center. Rooms with air condition, own bathroom, comfortable beds and voucher for breakfast in the nearest coffee bar which is open from early morning. Long hours for check-in and check-out giving you 'freedom' with planning the trip

Great location close to the trains and buses, yet slightly out of the core area. All the water we could possibly want:) and the welcome chocolates were a bonus

Room was a little small.

Very clean and cozy. martina and Gianluca do everything to make your stay comfortable. the breakfast in the bar around the corner is good and they are also very friendly. the bus from the airport as well as the one to further destinations stop just around the corner.

I didn't like Olbia. It's way too expensive for what it is, but that has nothing to do with the accomodation.
