The host goes above and beyond in every way! The breakfast is outstanding - she prepares a fresh and varied selection every morning and provides you with a takeaway container so you can enjoy any leftovers later in the day. One evening she asked if we would like a home cooked dinner which she delivered to our room for us to enjoy on the porch watching the sunset. She provided plenty of suggestions for activities and beautiful beaches to visit each day (including those that were better sheltered from the strong winds)!

Nothing - this is an absolute must for anyone visiting Olbia!

This place was the most amazing experience ever. The rooms were so clean, water pressure in shower amazing, AC works, and so many more good things. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Giusi, the host, makes almost everything homemade and delicious. Since there is so much to eat, she gives you a container to pack and bring with you for the day. The views are phenomenal and it is not a far drive from anywhere. Absolutely loved this place!

Huge, quiet estate., ample of varying and freshly prepared breakfast of high qualitiy with the option to take away whatever is left. Comfortable and absolutely clean rooms. Last not least an attentive and simply lovely lady with a smile in her face made it an absolute recommandable stay.

The host left the best impression on us. She was always present and she really cared about her guests. Our room and the whole environment were perfect. Everything was clean as they clean and change the towels every day. Breakfast was homemade and really delicious. Wi-Fi and air conditioning working perfectly. We recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was spot on, best breakfast offered by two very hard working people that makes everyone feeling great. At the end of you still have leftovers, Giuzi will give you a caserole for the road. The rooms are very clean and the garden is beautiful. Thanks again Giuzi and Fabrizzio.

Our stay was exceptional! The property is sparkling clean, very comfortable, the garden is very nice. The hosts are very welcoming, kind, attentive to guests needs and really do their best to make your stay perfect. The breakfast is more than generous, varied, a surprise every day and you are always welcomed with a smile.

We liked everything about this staying, unfortunatelly we stayed only one night. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The garden and surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing, breakfast is exeptional with local and home made products.

Very confortable room, good location (around 30min to main beaches in costa Esmeralda and golfo aranci), best breakfast ever with local products, great variety and the possibility of take away. But the best is the care of the host, really nice and always willing to help, also gave us the best tips for our holidays! We will definitely return and recommend for anyone who is visit Sardinia.

Great location with a lovely view over Olbia and surrounding areas. The room includes all the comforts and the breakfast was really rich and delicious, with so many home-made savoury and sweet options. Giusy was an incredible host!

Very nice host, the place is located a bit off olbia which is a paradise for those who look for silence and calmness. The rooms are super clean and there is nothing more to search for. The breakfast are full and tasty. Host are super nice and helpful. The views are also super nice
