The very good location and extensive breakfast choice.. The beautiful designed building with marble and quality materials .. The staff were all great, especially the breakfast waiters. Our room had a lovely view of the port and Ferris wheel and a very good air-conditioning unit. A very well run hotel close to Olbia old town.

The staircase to the entrance of the hotel without a ramp for suitcases or wheelchairs. Otherwise nothing

The rooms are quite dated and the AC is pretty weak. So I didn’t think the price matched the accommodations. My room wasn’t very clean (I found hair in the shower and around the drain) and the lock on my door was broken and kept getting stuck. If I stayed longer, I would’ve complained to management

Grand Hotel President was perfectly located at the heart of the beauty centre, the personnel were so much helpful, their reception of us was too friendly and they also were very much helpful with the guidance of the environment and restaurants.

Hard to nominate one specific issue however I may suggest that the hotel may include an armchair into the room.

Yes, the hotel is having a history that you can feel - literally. But is clean, well maintained and with a very good proximity to the Old Town. And personnel is giving their best. Yes, right, you’re reminded, sometimes too explicit, that you are just a guest and not the king/queen of the room - my house, my rules. Yes, housekeepers starts at 8 and they make sure that everyone notices (and hear) the beginning of a bright new day - but cleanliness is there. Yes, the breakfast is simple and repeats with precision - but serves the purpose: Prima Colazione. All in all the hotel is correct at a fair value for money, not over promises, just delivers. A very good staying- thank you!

The staff is the greatest value of this hotel. Every single person we contacted was very kind and helpful. A breakfast with a very good coffee and pastries was offered...at 4:30am!, before our departure to the airport. The hotel is very close to the city center (5 mins away from bars/restaurants/shopping centers), and close to the motorway to go to the airport. Our vintage room was large with a balcony. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

Parking was uncovered. Unfortunately, our room was smelling to smoke from a previous guest. Minor things that could happen everywhere. Otherwise, nil relevant.

the only negative aspect: the bed was old and uncomfortable didnt get a good night sleep. if you absolutely need a comfortable bed would stay somewhere else, otherwise highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great location, well kept building - exterior and interior, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with everything you could wish for, parking at the hotel if not arriving late (around 12 parkings all in all), very nice balcony and clean bathroom.

Batteries in electronic safe were drained, were not replaced after mentioning to staff. Safe could not be used. I'm personally not very fond of heavy, dark curtains - but that is a very personal opinion.

Staff was very accommodating to invalid wife and provided help for her to enter and leave the hotel through a door and elevator that did not require stairs. Staff was very friendly and attentive to her needs. An excellent experience with excellent staff.

Restaurant in the hotel was only open for breakfast which made it somewhat difficult for my invalid wife to go to dinner

The room was clean, beautiful and stylish. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel is conveniently located near all the restaurants and central streets.

The door to the room is difficult to close without making a loud sound.

Excellent location grand entrance lovely spacious rooms and balcony.

They used paper and plastic cups in the rooms, possibly leftover from covid. No water or milk provided for tea/coffee. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Plenty of cakes pastries and fruit but little cereal choice and the first day they had run out of eggs and bacon. The toaster takes a long time and there’s a big queue for it. The restaurant itself is lovely
