The hospitality was good... Staff was helpful and kind. They did a really good job. Room and property were clean. The swimming pools fit and were nicely positioned. The surroundings were beautiful, with views on the valley. The rooms were perfectly divided all over the property. To be honest, may stay was better than expected (expectations were based on the reviews). We definitely look back a wonderful stay.

The Italian breakfast has a big variety of cakes and sweets (those were definitely tasty, fresh and homemade). Although we like to follow the customs of the countries we visit, a little more internationally orientated breakfast would probably fit the influx of international tourism even better.

well, It was great. We liked the fresh kitchen the most. such a nice staff with a good restaurant. They serve each day a different menu (what is fresh from the market. There are multiple pools, one that is normal temperture, second that is pre-heated if it is colder outside. They have around 15 rooms. The breakfast is the best we had in the whole 2,5 round trip in south Italy. Various choice. Room is also great. We had the standard bed room and it is just nice. Why the 10? We liked it so much that we are coming back in the same vacation for 1 night extra.

The relais is secluted in a very calm and peaceful part of countryside sourrounded by olive trees and lavander bushes. Is very quiet and relaxing, perfect for those who wants to relax and stay away from summer crowds.

We really enjoyed our stay but few points can get better: Breakfast is poor. Few choices available and timings are to tight !!! (From 8 to 9:45 ) Bar service : not really available but the staff is super kind (thank you Francesco !!! ) there should be some snacks available with drinks (focaccia perhaps? )

Lovely peaceful stay. Dinner service was delicious! Staff were very accommodating, especially with our year old daughter.

The property is very remote, and seemed to be only one member of staff that spoke good English. If you need an airport transfer be sure to book this in advance with English speaking staff as there are not many taxi’s around this area. We were left in a frantic struggle trying to arrange this the morning we had to leave as the English speaking member of staff was not around to help us.

our room was small and basic (and not a trillion) but very good overall when you consider the price. we had a nice dinner in the on site restaurant one night, although the greenhouse was slightly lacking in atmosphere (adding some music so you don’t hear other guests conversations would be nice). lovely staff serving dinner and breakfast. location is a bit remote but around 15 mins drive to Ostuni / 10 mins to Cisternino.

pool was too cold to swim in in September, and not sheltered enough to sit next to. our room was really quite small. breakfast was very basic compared to our taste/expectation, although similar to other low-medium budget Italian hotels - hard boiled eggs, processed bread, sliced meat and cheese, 3 x types of cake, sugary yoghurt and unripe fruit.

The location is far from the city, however it totally compensated on the tranquility, the setup of the place and the cleanliness. The staff was nice overall, the breakfast full of variety and the pool area fantastic. There was a change of room not planned into our 2 nights stay because a mistake on the staff side. However it was treated smoothly and both rooms we stayed on were fantastic, with the newer ones taking the lead.

Breakfast was simple but nice , just what you need. Maybe a little more fruit could be nice.

We had lunch at the location , however everything was served in takeaways boxes and wooden cutlery. It would have been nice to just serve it normally. There were umbrellas missing at the pool. its soo beautiful , but not possible to lie there the majority of the time , as its just in the sun.

A beautiful location, amongst the olive groves of the Itria valley, and well situated – close to neighbouring towns and not too far from the sea. The pool areas were great, I could sit there for days, just looking at the scenery.

For a hotel which markets itself as a place for relaxation, we found the facilities lacking something basic: The sun beds were mostly ripped and broken, and thus uncomfortable, most of the rooms only had cafe style chairs and tables in their outdoor area. There was nowhere comfortable to sit outside in the evenings. It doesn't take much to make this place perfect. Just a few new sun beds and som new, comfortable patio furniture for the rooms!

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Roberta is very helpful and friendly. Both swimming pools were gorgeous and added to the overall experience. The lavender around the pools and the views made it special. The food was very good quality. Big choice of breakfast including delicious cake.

Carrying heavy suitcases from a distant car park was unnecessary when we could have driven much closer to off load our suitcases near our room, as there is a drive way to facilitate this. The manager needs to invest in so sun umbrella. The owners need to be more explicit that not all the rooms are Trolli. Covers for the breakfast foods would be good. As the tables and chairs are placed on uneven ground it can present a problem when you sit down and the chair is not stable. You can fall off as I did. Fortunately I was un injured but an old person could have been injured.

Lovely rooms, lovely pool areas. Charming resort! The lovely greenhouse added a unique touch to the experience. However, I must admit that the restaurant's offerings were not as exciting as I had hoped for.

The breakfast was satisfactory for early risers, but disappointing for those who arrived later, as the options were quite limited.
