Facilities were of a high quality finish and very warm and inviting. The walk in shower was excellent and everything worked as it should. The buffet breakfast appeared to cater for most with a considerable variety of fresh food.

The beds are very firm. We didn't appear to have access to refreshments in the room out of hours so made alternate arrangements buying a kettle locally.

I already came several times, I like either this place and this nice hotel. Would come back anytimes I travel by this region. I always stayed in the secondary building behind, it is calm.

I liked it all, but if I have to say something... well the parking facility is too limited.

The family suit was really good 2 bedrooms lots of space. Location was excellent, a short walk to the slopes but in the really nice part of the town near lots of great restaurants.

Great location, very nice rooms and excellent staff, can’t fault it in any way!

If I was being really critical I’d have liked some shower gel in the bathroom and more than 1 key per room, but that’s being hypercritical

Amazing range of breakfast- didn’t expect such a wide buffet at all! staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice- comfortable, modern furnishing and clean. Good showers. Good location in centre of town (but slightly set back so not noisy.

Ground floor room had a bad smell from the bathroom drains.

location great for lifts less than 5 min walk, bars, restaurants all within a stones throw away. Breakfast very nice, friendly and helpful staff, good airport shuttle around 160 euro one way for 2 people.

Only downer was for me my bed was alittle hard but not enough to spoil my trip...

Clean, central and comfortable. Having said that, we had a car to get to ski lift otherwise the lifts would be a little bit of a walk albeit I believe there are regular buses.

Depending on the season, the parking spaces are often limited. And the city easily fines through the video surveillance.

Room, breakfast and location are all good. The best all round I saw in Sauze.

Getting in after hours took some figuring out.

Great stay ! Friendly staff, very clean & good facilities.would benefit greatly from some spar facilities on site.The outside sphere for hire (€10 pp) on an evening 1800_2200hrs with food was great value !

Stayed in the family suite...excellent ! But does suffer from some early morning noise as is below a ski service shop.
