The room was always nice and warm, spacious and had a balcony. Daily cleaning services was a bonus, thank you! The hotel was very helpful with arranging a shuttle to the lifts, information on bus stops etc and most of all the family owned business allowed us a private ski instructor Matteo. Thanks Matteo for all the help as this was our first ski trip and me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it! You helped us immensely and we were able to do a blue run or two, which I personally thought would only happen on our next trip. See you soon! PS, the staff, reception were all very professional and friendly, thank you! The every morning breakfast, WoW!

We stayed in the suite with sauna and it was absolutely fantastic. The room itself was very comfortable and it was lovely to return from skiing to find it had been cleaned. The breakfast was lovely, a great selection of food and the bar staff were lovely and friendly. The reception staff were also fantastic. They even printed out the bus and train timetables for our return journey and drove us to the Sporting chairlift every morning. Would 10/10 recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms and public areas. Very helpful staff. Nice bar area, close to town and shuttle to ski lifts.

Found the room too hot and temperature had to be adjusted by reception. Ok when adjusted. Also, the hotel was very clean but we found the fragrance from the cleaning products overpowering causing my wife and I some allergic reactions, sneezing and feeling quite unwell at times.

Breakfast choice was plentiful and the homemade granola especially delicious.

Small issue with the shower which leaked water over bathroom floor no matter how careful we were with closing shower doors and we were without a bath mat for a couple of days. However that was a minor issue as everything else was first class.

We stayed in a triple room with balcony on the top floor which had a view overlooking the town and mountains in the distance. The room was a good size for a triple with a nice bathroom and shower. A little care was needed with beams protruding into the room as we were in the roof space. Nice alpine decor. The buffet style breakfast was excellent value for money with a wide choice bread, pastries, meats and cheeses. The coffee was freshly made at the bar and brought to your table. The bar area was popular with locals enjoying a morning coffee which added to the atmosphere. The hotel is well located just down from the centre of Sauze. If you are skiing it is a bit of a walk to the nearest chairlift although I suspect the ski bus would stop nearby. We used the hotel's private car park costing 10 euros although there are public car parks nearby. I would certainly stay here again

Nothing really the hotel was good value for money.

The room is clean and supplied with all requirements, the staff is nice and friendly and helped me when i need them, although that booked for 2 nights , i had to stay less that 12 hours only due to emergency circumstances, the break fast was excellent (in comparison with small size hotel) , the room size is good abd the decoration is fantastic, the view from balcony is spectacular.

There was no refund for the 2nd cancelled night but this was not a problem (it was not the hotel fault anyway) Thank you 🙏

Serendipity is a charming medium-sized ski hotel - warm, welcoming and very comfortable. We loved the staff, general atmosphere, and location. Room was solid, very comfortable (temperature and bed) and downstairs bar area pretty nice and “buzzy”. Ski room also useful downstairs, and the shuttle up to Clottes / Sportinia lifts much appreciated each morning (and very quick/easy). Recommend for couples, families or groups of up to 6 visiting Sauze for a long weekend or more.

Beautiful property which is decorated in traditional Alpine furnishings with lots of character and charm. It is exceptionally clean and always smells amazing in the corridors etc and public areas.

There is nothing to dislike.

Nice and price competitive hotel with friendly staff located in the centre of Sauze, which is a lively town even in summer with a good choice of restaurants, coffee houses and pubs. Excellent location to explore the region and cycle the Strada dell'Assietta (but take into account cable lift schedules: roads up the mountain are for adventurers only). Good breakfast with real coffee from the coffee bar - a town hotspot in the morning - which is a plus. Nice and comfortable room with a good and well equipped bathroom. Great room maintenance! We were allowed to stall our bikes in the garage which was great too.

A bit noisy on the street side and if your room is above the coffee bar :). The soft drink machine needs a closer follow up when it's empty.

Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble (and a car to take us to the chairlift every morning!!). Very nice room and communal areas, including a super bar/breakfast room. Very convenient for eating out etc. in town. All well thought out and tastefully decorated, a super ski lodge all round!

The WiFi was a bit unreliable although not so important when skiing all day.
