I wish we had been told ahead of time that you had to book the shuttle bus 24 hrs in advance as it was too far to go into Palermo.

My families stays for 1 week for my husband 50th bday. It was wonderful experience and everything was great. The location of the hotel is perfect amazing panoramic view. Very comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. All of the staff are very kind and helpful, there's always someone in the reception to accommodate you if you need something. We didn't rent a car because we are not sure driving around as it's our first time here, but not a problem as they always helping and arranged taxi for us, we are so thankful. We love their selection of breakfast very nice and fresh everyday. Also I special mention the lady boss, I think she is the manager/owner, for making my request possible for my husband birthday. Thank you for the delicious fruity cake, I really appreciate it and my husband is very happy😊 We will definitely coming back....❤

Lovely small hotel in the mountains. Very clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Reception staff were very helpful and had quite good English. This hotel is around 25-30min drive from Palermo city centre, so you either need a car or to take a taxi which will cost you around 35 euro each time. The hotel is also offering shuttle bus to Palermo city for 8 euro per person to go at 10:30am and to come back at 17:30pm. Also a transfer to the airport for 45 euro. We also got a lift to the train/bus station for 25 euro for a family of 4. Then we took the bus to Palermo airport for 20 euro (for all of us). So it costed kind of same as a transfer but we had to check out by 11am and our flight was at 5pm, so we had to hit the road. Breakfast same every day, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, ham, cheese and bread (Every hotel we stayed in Sicily had same). But they had very nice croissants,  cakes etc. Few types of fruit. In general it was good, light and tasty breakfast. You can also have lunch or dinner at this hotel. We only had dinners there as during the day we ate at the city. Restaurant was quite good, good variety. Dinner for family of 4 cost around 100 euro (food, 3-4 coctails and deserts). It is good that this hotel offers it as there are no restaurants or shops around the hotel. And Dinner anywhere in Sicily will cost you from 100 to 120 euro (again family of 4). The pools: one round pool for kids, one about 3x5 metres pool for adults and kids with adult supervision only, and a jacuzzi that you can see in the pictures. It is not very big, and I would not call it a jacuzzi as it only has one bubble stream hole. The pools are opened until 8pm so you will not be able to enjoy the night panoramic view of Palermo from the jacuzzi in summer. We booked a room with the view and OMG, it was amazing. See pictures below. There is a city tax (6 euro per person) to be paid at the hotel. To park your car will cost you 5 euro per night.

Although it is quite a bit out from the city, the view is amazing and well worth staying out of the city for. The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. The shuttle bus service into the city was very good. Great breakfast and restaurant. Pool area was very nice boasting incredible views of Palermo. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The jacuzzi bar area wasn’t very well tended to, people were often left waiting a long time for bar staff to serve snacks/drinks. As this area had such incredible views it would have been nicer if the area stayed open a little later with a nicer bar section.

Stunning view from the terrace. Very good restaurant for atmosphere and quality of food. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. A clean, modern and sizeable hotel room with comfy beds and no noise at night. Lots of breakfast options.

It is a half hour journey into the city however you can book a shuttle the day before at reception for a better price than taxis. You must leave the terrace that has the pool at half 8 so if you want to experience the landscape view at night I’d recommend booking a room with a balcony. Those with a vegan diet can only have toast or watermelon for breakfast and a plate of vegetables or fries in the restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Honestly, the staff are amazing. The front of the desk, the catering, and the housekeeping were all fantastic and friendly. The shuttle into town and to modello is a fantastic way to get around and means you can do so much. Food inside the restaurant is also good. If you're after a cocktail, I would advise getting a rossini.

There isn't anything nearby, but the views more than make up for this and the shuttle. The one thing I would advise is bringing a tablet, the tvs aren't TVs so we couldn't cast or netflix on it.

The swimming pool which was why we picked the hotel. The rooms were a fantastic size with great views over the city of Palermo. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast had something for everyone good choice. Great that you got towels for the pool as that saved us bringing them in hand luggage.Also used their Airport Taxi transfer service twice which was cheaper than phoning another company as the taxis in Palermo were very expensive as we found out.

I was in an 'older room' the bathroom hadn't been updated with walk in shower so getting in and out the shower cubicle was quite difficult for me having arthritis in knees .My friend had an updated room with the modern walk in shower Also people were smoking in the jacuzzi which should have not been allowed and I am a smoker myself but wouldn't do that.I should have asked for a change of room at beginning of stay but I liked the room so didn't bother.

Perfect clean room, nice design - table with clear Perspex chairs, spacious, great view from the room balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The panoramic pool - which is lovely, has the rule of ‘No children- Adults only’ - which I can understand for unruly children that don’t listen to their parents or young children. But my 10year old really wanted to be in the pool and was/is very well behaved. So was disappointing that she could not use the panoramic pool, as I did not read this in the description and also meant I could not enjoy this pool properly, as I had to leave her in another pool. There is a pool on the same level, not visible from the panoramic pool that children can use and a smaller children’s only circular /paddle pool.

Getting to the hotel from Baia (the last bus stop) was difficult, road works, no path, uphill and carrying heavy bags .. thankfully, the hotel sent someone to pick us up and didnt charge. (5 min ride) a car is needed ! Taxis can be expensive The food at the restaurant was ok. My salad was "old" i sent it back they ignored my comment. The milk in the morning didn't smell fresh, the waiter in charge disagreed ... having worked in hospitality myself and in a flavouring company I was a bit taken aback by this as In most countries you don't argue with a customer.... still, it is a 3 star hotel for a reason.

Nice hotel and we had a spacious room. Breakfast is very good and the hotel restaurant is quite good as well. Beds are comfy. Staff is very helpful and attentive. View from the balcony is spectacular.

Parking could have been included in the price because vast majority of the guests drove there. Remember to book your parking space in advance there's not a lot of them and street parking is a bit sketchy there. Our room was next to the reception so there was a lot of noise early in the morning and sometimes during the night.
