The location is very good, you are very near Palermo and its a good place to travel around from Monreale. But you have to have a car. The place is very clean, the breakfast has a vast variety of sweets. The room is big enough. There is a very nice view from the balcony. You dont really hear the traffic from the street nearby much. So, that didnt bother me at all. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone..

There is no heating in the bathroom. So if you stay here in the winter, as we did, its a bit chilly. But the water is nice and warm, so you can have a nice hot shower.

Simona was great and very helpful. We had a little issue with not having Internet service at the point of check-in but she was able to come over within 5 to 10 minutes and check us in and walk us through the property. Breakfast was great and the unit are very, tastefully decorated. Very fresh and clean. Would recommend staying there as it’s a very good value for what she has created.

Located along a busy street, so can be a little noisy at times, but the rooms have all double pained windows and doors for noise reduction

Casa Vacanza AcquaMarina is a very cosy place with a small but well kept garden. The apartment is located on the ground floor and there is free and safe parking lot behind the gate. The facilities are complete. The hosts provided even coffee and oil in the kitchen, as well as salt, sugar and basic spices. Mario and his brother Giuseppe are very helpful persons when you need it. The village of Stazzo, although it does not have a beach, is very well located to explore many interesting places: Taormina, Etna, Catania, Messina, Syracuse and many others. I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it.

If someone would force me to find one thing I was not happy with, well, I would point at very narrow streets and crazy local drivers, but surely this is not Mario and Giuseppe's fault :)

At least during our stay there was no staff in this place. The communication was through WA and there was someone who brought fresh products for the breakfast, but we never saw anyone. The place is super clean and smells fresh (if you are sensitive to smells, it might be too much for you) and everything was as we expected. The place was a bit tricky to find but we got good instructions via WA and found our way. Great location if you have a car and want to visit Palermo! The breakfast was quite rich and there was like 20 different varieties of cookies in the buffer. If you're a sweet tooth, this is your place!

The location, the bus for Palermo just stops 30m from the entrance. The parking available at the location. The view on Palermo and the surroundings. The facilities were like we expected.

The communication with the owner was via messages on Whatsapp? so certain things we had to find out ourselves, but anyhow once we found out, everything went smoothly!

Very nice and welcoming host. Rooms where clean and we had a nice balcony.

Breakfast is very basic. A lot of sweets and cookies. Most pastry and bread was a bit old and not really good. Getting there with a car...best of luck. If you are insecure of your driving skills you may have some trouble driving up there. As it is very narrow and sloped.

Good breakfast. The place is near Palermo and Monreal. The room was really nice and very confortable.

Nothing worth mentioning. We had a small problem with the check-in, the room that i was staying was missing the key room (autonomous check in), but after a quick call it was fixed.

Great host, supportive. flexible and polite. Beautiful and very comfortable apartment with a nice view, All fresh, clean, very well prepared for guests. Excellent breakfast (extreme variaty of options - from sweets, meat to vegetables)!

The room was clean and tidy. The self-service breakfast was rich. Free parking on the site. Good location, but only reachable by car. We walked to Monreale Cathedral on feet, but this appeared not that simple.

Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The house is really lovely and the view over Palermo is terrific. We had to leave too early for breakfast but there were always snacks, yogurt, juice, a self-serve coffee pot, and other goodies available.
