Really nice House, clean, most of the staff very friendly.

The first night we didn't receive the room we booked, to discuss the situation the staff gave me a phone number to talk to the homeowner (I think) by myself instead of resolving the situation between them. Afterwards, our room was changed from the second night without any problem. The wifi connection was really bad, we were only able to connect a few times in the lobby and not for long periods of time. Again we cannot talk about it with the staff he just pointed to the sign where the password was but gave no solution. So if you have to work I do not recommend it.

Everything was great. Staff were super friendly & made our stay, although short, very hospitable.

The staff at this hotel were very nice and friendly. This hotel has a lovely swimming pool and is close to the train station. The food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional and well worth it.

The location outside of this hotel is not very pedestrian friendly. There is a very dangerous busy road so it is recommended that you have a car if staying at this hotel. Also there is lots of litter in the streets around this hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, the whole team looked after me and made sure I was ok. The pool area is great and the food is good. Fabulous value for money and if you dont mind not being near the city this is the place for you. If nothing you will get to see some of the real Palermo in the surrounding areas and it is close to Mondello. I walked there but would not recommend that!

I wouldnt say I didnt like it but some pointers if you are, like me, first time traveller to Palermo. The hotel is 5ish miles from the centre although a station is nearby it is in a rather run down looking area. The hotel staff dont speak english so you will need a few words of Italian but honestly they will do anything they can to help.

- Francesco is a great host - the Pool area is great and clean - the bed was comfy - small but good breakfast with a fresh variety of food and drinks - little minibar/fridge inside the room as well as a water heater - daily cleaning, everything is really clean - nice lounge music at the pool to relax - fair Price-value-relation - while checking out i got 2 beers for free, cheers

- single room is really small, i couldnt stay on my feet in the bathroom (i am 1,89m) - shower changes from cold to really hot on its own - prices for minibar drinks and snacks are pretty high so ive put my one ones into it - location is just good if you have a car, street is full of trash but that is a general problem in sicily… but as soon as you enter the premises everything is nice and clean - biggest Problem: WIFI. I could just connect at reception and Pool area. No Wifi at all in my room. As i was travelling alone i had to use and pay my data.

The location was fantastic! (Car is definitely needed) 10 min drive to Sferracavallo(great seafood). 15/20 drive from Palermo centre. The staff were lovely 10/10. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

The water in the shower was changing from cold to hot.

The breakfast was excellent, with everyone catered for. The breakfast room was large so social distancing was possible.

The only thing I could find fault with was the shower, the entry door in our room into the shower was very small. An alternative door style for the shower would make a difference.

Hotel Villa San Lorenzo is a great place to stay in Palermo. Wide choice of foods for breakfast ad the staff is friendly and remembers what type of coffee you drink. Everybody from the staff is nice and helpful and we even had the chance to participate at a party with live music and a great band. The restaurant is also great, everything we ordered was freshly made and delicious. We didn’t have time to try the pool, but it looked very welcoming. The accomodation is close to Palermo’s eat beach, and it is easy to visit the sights nearby (Cefalu, San Vito lo Capo, etc.) I recommend it to everyone!

The staff was very helpful and super friendly, the restaurant was very accommodating and severed delicious food. The location has great off and on access from the express way...

Not many restaurants around the area to walk of go too.

- nice swimming pool - good restaurant - really quiet place - nice views - nice service -big rooms - comfortable beds

- weak breakfast - micro shower cabin - bathroom could be bigger
