Very clean small hotel with very nice lady at reception and staff at breakfast. Centrally located within walking distance to all sights, shops and restaurants. Clean, simple, practical room, all new bathroom. Breakfast was pleasant with good choice of food for the size of the hotel, freshly made omelette included.

Although there is parking on the streets right by the hotel, it is limited to 90 min, but unlimited free parking can be found in side street a few minutes walk away from the hotel and center of town.

Excellent location, just a few meters from the main Piazza. Lots of cafes, shops. Easy access to the old gates to go walking among the fortifications. A nice breakfast. The owners went out of their way with kindness.

I have no complaints. If I return to Palmanova, will definitely stay here again. Value is superb! Very well-kept.

The room was very simple, but it had everything you can need, including an air-conditioner. The staff was very nice and served lovely breakfast on the terrace. They stored my luggage after check-out, which I appreciated very much. They had a reception desk where there is someone until 9 p.m. The bus stop is nearby.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was family-run, which made it feel intimate. The owner answered our questions about the area, provided recommendations on where to eat, etc. and made us feel at home. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area!

Charming small hotel in the old town. Spotless clean rooms with fresh towels, toiletries, strong wifi, great breakfast in a nice terrace. Free parking in front of hotel. Definitely not a 2-star hotel, it is a great 3-star hotel. Thank you for all!

What a superb surprise this hotel was for us ( grandparents and two grandchildren on the Alpe Adria bike route). It is in a great location and so close to the main place in Palmanova, to restaurants, shops, gelaterias. The family-run hotel staff were very helpful and polite, they couldn't do enough for us e.g. secure our bikes, answer all questions, help with our planning, look after the children's needs at the breakfast etc. The hotel is very clean and the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and adequately furnished, the beds very comfortable. We took the breakfast on the spacious and shady balcony, the breakfast buffet was lovely and with a good choice for everybody and the coffee was excellent. We cannot understand why the hotel is only rated a 2 star???!! On our two week vacation with our grandchildren we stayed in many three-star hotels that were not as good as this hotel and we sincerely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, perfectly located hotel in Palmanova. The owners are super sweet and at breakfast on the terrace the vibe with all the guests was super warm and friendly. Very accomodating, very Italian.

The eggs were overly salty but as soon as we noted that they made us a new batch. Overall thias is not a luxury place, but totally lives up to its promise.

Hotel is simple but very nice and central located. Staff was helpful. Rooms are clean and looks good. Beeakfast was tasty with everything you need, with very good scrambled eggs made for request. We enjoyed our stay during the trip on the south of Italy. We’ll be back for sure!

The location couldn't be better. Although it was in the middle of the town, parking was not an issue. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

In the bathroom sitting on the toilet bowl was a bit uncomfortable for lack os space.

It is a very nice old little town. It was a perfect one night stop on the way for resting. We didn't know that we arrived to such a lovely town. The breakfast was wonderful!

In our rooms the windows were little and placed high, so we didn't see outside. The receptionist was away and we had to wait when we arrived and checked out.
