The hotel is located in the City Center, just in one of the main square corner. The room was comfortable and with a nice view on piazza. Very good location for one night when you are on transit. Quite good selection of food for breakfast, with variety of sliced meat and cheese, and also vegatebles and fruits.

The only thing we can complain was the air conditioning, which didn't work well that night we stayed at the hotel. There was a problem in the whole hotel that day, but responsiveness of hotel staff was extraordinary and we were very pleased how they approached the issue. Thank you!

The breakfast is perfect and the personal touch preparing eggs as you wish extends that. The location is absolute in the center and nevertheless good free parking option. It's the perfect location to combine leisure and work. Palmanova city, the region with many intereresting spots (food, etc.), the sea and the outlet. It'sa great location from where you can do whatever you want. Weŗe coming here every year for one or two days and will continue to do so.

Lovely small hotel in a perfect location in this UNESCO Heritage town! Our ground floor room was really big, king bed, walk in closet, huge new bathroom with great modern shower and facilities. The welcoming staff spoke English fluently, told us about the town and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! The hotel has easy free parking which is very unusual in an Italian old city center! The location on the central piazza next to the church is perfect! We heartily recommend this lovely little hotel!

Hotel is in a fantastic location with safe parking spaces. Views of the central square were brilliant. Fabiana, on reception, was excellent and could not be more helpful... we were shown several rooms and had our free choice, she gave great recommendations for supper. Breakfast was great, good choice of cheeses, hams, etc and excellent coffees.

Working out the a/c was a bit hard, but Fabiana sorted it out quickly

We stopped for one night in the hotel, as we were travelling. We prefer to spend the night here whenever we are driving to and from our home country. We arrived around 16:00 at the hotel and we parked our car in the hotel private parking. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She had us choose which room we like best. The room was spacious and clean, comfy beds and clean bathroom. The breakfast was also very good and tasty.

It might get noisy because it's close to the church, but we weren't bothered by the bells.

Just minor nitpicks. The duvet sheets are in such way that it's both easy for them to fall apart, and difficult to put back together. Also the pineapple juice at the breakfast was more watery then Juicy

This stay was our comeback. Several years ago, we stayed in this hotel, and we were so satisfied. The lady who runs the hotel is so kind. She takes care about every detail. Provide me with the parking address via e-mail, to arrive easier. Provide us with a kettle that we can enjoy our Turkish coffee in the morning in the room. In the morning you can feel the smell of fresh pastries they are making inhouse. There is no so many choices but everything is so delicious, and you are feeling so homy.

The hotel is located in a prime location! Literally as soon as you leave the hotel, you are on the main and beautiful square. Parking is provided behind the hotel.

Beds or mattresses could be better. While you sleep, you feel the 'federa' hitting you in the back. I think it needs renovation.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming – they care a lot about the hotel. There was a good selection at breakfast and a friendly waitress. Easy free parking in a lot nearby.

The church bells (next door) at 7 am were shockingly loud. We had the window open because the air conditioner did not smell good. However, the staff assured us that the air conditioning units are cleaned twice a month. The room was quite simple but functional. The bathrooms, though recently renovated, appear a bit outdated and the shower (perhaps difficult to clean) was not very appealing. I found the value for the money to be not ideal.

The property was located in the square and our room overlooked it, it was close to our relatives and so convenient. Our host, Fabiana, was amazing, nothing was too much for her. We had an early departure; she organised our taxi and a small breakfast with coffee.
