There were mixed reviews for this hotel, so we went with a little trepidation. It was unnecessary. The hotel is perfectly located with views over Lake Trasimeno. It is not a town location and not the best for going to restaurants, bars etc, but it was just what we wanted. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and we had a lake view terrace - perfect. There is a restaurant which serves good food at a reasonable price. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and Luana helped us when we had a major problem with our car. This necessitated an extra night which was no problem for them. We will be going again. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely visit.

A very comfortable room with a balcony and lake view. The buffet breakfast better than most hotels I have visited. The pool was very welcome in the hot afternoon. I hope to visit again. Thank you.

The double room was for 48 Euro, which is a good price. The room was clean, the beds comfortable... There was also a fan, which you can cool the room with. You got also a nice view from the parking on the lake. And yeah, the parking is free, which is nice :].
The hotel is near the motorway, which might be heard.

Luana was very kind and received me very well. The ferry station to go to the "Isola Maggiore" is about 30 mins away by walk from the hotel. A good view of the lake from the bar/swimming pool. The bed was comfortable. I recommend this place.
