A stylish room with a comfortable bed, a massage chair and a CD player with jazz music. Equipped with air conditioning, safe and small fridge. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast, great wine which could be ordered at the bar by the reception. Large two-level car park. Nice location for hiking in Perugia, but access to the center is uphill :) There is a grocery store and an ice cream shop near the hotel.

It is a pity that after 9:00 the very good local breakfast dishes were not replenished.

The breakfast was very good. The room was very comfy and clean. The on-site restaurant was really good! I would say unexpectedly good for a hotel restaurant. The location is also great for those who doesn't mind walking uphill for about 1 km to get to the center of town. It was not an issue for me, but for those who are not mountain hikers... pay attention!

Actually, I liked pretty much everything about this hotel, and I would stay there again. But two things. First, the gym, although advertised, is basically non-existent. Obviously, those who stay in this hotel are not there to exercise:) Secondly, if I were to make a recommendation, I would put shower curtains around bathtubs/showers. It's simple and cheap, but adds a lot of convenience - no water on the floor after showering. Not a major problem though.

Breakfast is excellent, pretty versatile. Cakes are tasty, there is some variety of cerials and nuts. Room is good. Not too far from the centre and concerts, although the way to the centre is pretty steep and it was 37 Celsius outside. Pool is nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is abundant.

Quite expensive as everything in Perugia during the festival. They should play more than one jazz video on the TVs in the hallway. So you don't hear the same music all over again.

It was too big for us. The public areas - for a casual coffee or drink - didn’t have a lot of atmosphere. We did visit off season so that’s probably why! The hike uphill to the old centre was quite a workout! Not sure if every guest would manage this twice a day! The mini metro was relatively close for access to old town. Access to the train station, via the back of hotel ok. Still quite a trek if unfit!

This actually was very interesting hotel. Great service by all. Kinda of outdated a little but it was charming of some sort. Although older it’s very well maintained and clean. Convenient store on the first floor with all kinds of goodies. Good breakfast. If you are traveling with a car it’s perfect because they have easy parking. It’s kinda of far from city Center about 25 min walk up the hills and I mean steep hills ( I am a runner so well trained). I didn’t mind it because my main concern was parking so this worked perfect for me.

All good, clean and super nice staff! The hotel is a mix masterpiece of wine, jazz and great food! Restaurant is a starred Michelin serving Slow Food products. The hotel is also one of the top 43 winehouses in Italy. And it provides free commuting to the Umbria Jazz concerts! Couldn’t be more happy than that! And O look forward to go there again!

The spring mattress is a little uncomfortable for a 4 stars hotel! I hope they will improve this.

The staff were friendly especially one of the housekeepers, she had blue eyes forgot her name, she was super friendly and helpful, even gave us information about attractions etc

The breakfast was good but it could have been better. There were boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, but no fried eggs, bacon, sausages or baked beans. For those who love training, the gym is not ideal. It has 2 treadmills, 2 steppers, an indoor bicycle and 2 benches, and 4 weights - x2 2Kg and x2 3Kg

Easy free parking. Good selection of food for breakfast (and jazz music in the background is just a bonus). The swimming pool on the roof is good for relaxation after "climbing" to and from the city. But there is also a mini-metro line close to the hotel, so you don't have to walk (at least uphill - downhill it is quite a nice walk from the city center to the hotel).

This hotel exceeded our wildest expectations. This was the most lavish and amazing free breakfast we have ever experienced in over 40 years of traveling. We enjoyed the music and jazz theme greatly as my husband and I are both musicians. Every single thing about your hotel from the front desk staff to the coffee bar staff was exceptional. Thank you so much for everything.

we loved the friendly staff. the breakfasts and the dinner at the restaurant were excellent. The pool and lounging area were very comfortable. there were plenty of areas for us to sit and enjoy our wine. would definitely recommend this hotel.
