second time in this hotel and I really like it. It's a old style hotel, in the center of Perugia, with a big square close by where to park. The hotel has big rooms with big bathroom, and the bathroom has bath. The breakfast is nice with variety of sweet and savory (common) food. My room was silent, but as usual, the comfort of the hotel rooms depends on the guests' behavior

I would offer more fresh and local food for breakfast

The room was beautiful, grand and full of trumploy furniture and wall paper. The ceilings were decadent complete with chandelier. The room was large and spacious overlooking the front of hotel. Excellent location, near all main sights and easy for catching a taxi. Staff very helpful and kind. Bathroom spacious with beautifully soft towels.

My only criticism was there was no tea and coffee making facilities. But this didn’t spoil our stay.

Very central location and staff excellent.

The room I was in room 10 had very thin walls and could hear everything from room next door. Wasn't a big issue as other guests were quiet most of the time but could be issue if guest were noisy.

The breakfast and dinner staff, who we mainly had contact with, were extremely helpful and friendly

The location of the hotel was perfectly located for walking to the main square and also near the ascension of the large parking area at the base of the city. The rooms were spacious and it was in such a nice square as well with lovely panoramic views of the countryside. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. We also dined in the restaurant at the hotel and the food was very good. The hotel is good value for it's location and accommodations. I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Location cannot be better. Excellent location, right in the centre of Perugia, walking distance to everything including the mobile stairs to the car park. Great discount by hotel for parking. Great size room for three.

Breakfast was a bit lacking.

It’s location is excellent with an attentive staff. large comfortable room. Good air conditioning which was so welcome with June temperatures mostly above 35 C.

The breakfasts could have been better, especially the bread which was always dried out.

Dependencies were nice and clean. A bit old, but seems like they are working on it. Location is very good, short walk to everything in Perugia. A little bit tricky to park but, once in hotel, everything ran fine. Breakfast is also very good.

Hard to park. They offer an alternative in a city park, but it's a long walk when with the bags, missed some quick place to stop and land stuff to the hotel before finding park, the square is very confusing to be with a car, mainly at night, when we arrived. A 15-minute parking spot in the square to check-in and solve parking issues would be perfect.
