The hotel is located in a green environment, the city park is in front of the entrance. The seaside is 4-5 minutes' walking distance. It is a quiet zone. The building would love to receive some restoration to shine in its full glory nevertheless, it is a convenient and spacious hotel. The selected apartment was big enough with a comfortable bed and mattresses. It was absolutely clean. We had a good breakfast and. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The A/C unit may face some challenges during the time of real summer heat.

The location was good, even though the description claimed it was on the beachline (it wasn't). The city park with a playground next door was a good choice for staying with kids. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff was extremely welcoming.

Unfortunately, parking was an issue but it may have been for a high season.

The location was excellent. It was only 200 metres from the seafront, shops and restaurants. We had safe parking and the hotel is located opposite a park with lots of trees. It was very peaceful and we had a good nights stay. The buffet continental breakfast was also good.

The room was dusty on the skirting boards and a big cobweb hanging from the light, although this may not have been visible during the day. It would have been good to have a soap holder in the shower. The shower was adequate but when you turned it to the handheld shower head it shot off from the wall! Otherwise it was very good.

I recommend this hotel.Very nice place,close to the beach 200meters.Stuff was very helpful,great espresso in the bar.Parking payable,but you have your own car in place where you leave.

From neighbourhood was hear construction noise.Despite I recommend :)

I liked the location, it is less then 10 minutes of walk to the sea, room was good as we expected, beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

A breakfast could be better with more food.

the owner Claudio is very accommodating to all our requests. the location is very strategic (half way between the sea front and the old town!)

the room is a little small and not much dove to move around, but nothing too impossible to bear

everything was well organized and the host was very welcoming to us, the room was pretty clean and nice view. in general really good.
