THE LOCATION - the town centre, places to eat and drink, and most importantly for us the hospital (as hospital appointments were the purpose of this visit) were all on our doorstep! CLEANLINESS - We stay in many hotels and none have been better than this for high standards of cleanliness. THE SIZE OF THE ROOM - for a very reasonably priced two star hotel, the brightness and size of the room were a nice surprise.

There was nothing we disliked! What could have been better was some heat in the room. The central heating was set to come on a few days after our short stay in October. The nights were a little colder than was probably expected. But there were plenty of blankets, so we were not bothered by this too much.

Great room, modernized. Good breakfast, with salty and sweet options to chose from. Great coffee. The personal is very friendly and keen to help you with information if needed. The location of the hotel is very good as it is near the train and bus station from where you can explore the region by public tranport. All in one: a good base to get to Urbino, Fano, San Marino, Rimini, Ancona, Gradara.

The hotel is between two streets featuring some auto traffic which makes the rooms a bit noisy.

i travel with an eBike and it was safely stored each night with a charge point nearby. Reception staff very helpful always a smile and nice to chat with.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Its location near the station and city center is incredibly convenient. While the rooms aren't fancy, they are clean and spacious, offering excellent value for the money. The air conditioning worked well, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. I would definitely return for my next trip.

Very good breakfast. The room was spacious. Towels are changed daily. Soaps are supplied daily. Strategically located with 7 minutes walk of the train station and the bus station. 10 minutes walk to Spiaggia Levante (nearest beach). Other beaches can be reached within 15 to 25 minutes on foot. The Monte San Bartolo hiking trail is reached in 20 minutes. City parks and museums are 5 to 10 minutes walk.

A supply of paper tissue would have been handy.

The property is in the perfect location. I needed the hospital which was two steps away. Also, the centre was really close for walks. The staff very kind and helpful. The room cleaned every day.

Last minute booking, arrive at 2:30 in the night. Great value for money. Basic, but good. Nice bed, good shower. Spacious room, nice breakfast. Good stay, central location, close to the train station.
