The room service was impeccable, you would come home every night to a fully tidied and clean room. The hotel gave you two bottles of water each night (fizzy and natural), which were perfect for hot days when you needed to hydrate. For breakfast they gave you a choice of croissants, which would always fill you up for the day.

Although the croissants were delicious, sometimes they were a little cold when arriving for breakfast. It would have been great, if there were some reheating appliance for the croissants.

Rooms were clean, stuff very friendly. Breakfast was ok, kids loved the pancakes. There is a nice Italian restaurant nearby, which is very useful or short stays (Gardaland etc). Parking is big bonus.

Rooms were very smal. We are family of five, but we were several rooms apart (but on the same floor, which was nice). Hairdryer didn't work, but we didn't need it, so we didn't report it. I'm sure staff would help if needed.

Hotel is located about 5-10 min walking from the historical center of the town The room is small and cozy with a generous bathroom. Also very clean. Friendly staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel serves fresh delicious croissants every morning and has a machine which prepares fresh orange juice. Underground parking is available at no additional cost.

The bed mattress wasn't comfortable.

We liked how helpful the staff was and the fact that our room was changed as it was too close to the breakfast room and we were being woken up very early because of the noise. Breakfast was very good and varied.

Location is good if you have a car. If you are relying solely on public transport, be prepared for a steep walk uphill. Everything else was perfect.

A lovely place to stay with all the amenities are wished. Our place for breakfast was the most beautiful one, each morning with fresh cornetti the way you love, ordered a day before, the stuff super caring, the room small but enough with a bathroom with a window. I loved the hotel! My room was amazing and cosy. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Very clean. Friendly and very nice staff. Big balcony with lake view. The breakfast has a lot of choice. I had a problem with my card to pay and the staff (sorry I forgot the name) was very patient and welcoming. To come back for sure. Highly recommended.

The only thing I have to "complain" about is the distance. 10m walking from the centre but easy to do it.

Great hotel about 10 min walk to the centre, very close to highway and with free parking so it's great if you are staying short or plan to travel around. Room is spatious even for 4 of us with bunk bed for the kids. Breakfast was exeptional!

Clean, spacious rooms (as thought 15m2 would be small for 5 persoms, but it was plenty of room).

When you are non smoker and all rooms up and down starting to smoke arround in balconies. Of course its not hotels fault, but anyway why non smokers have to brief

It was a brilliant I can't complain about anything. Loved the breakfast and the croissants they made especially on request.

I was hoping they had a bath but shower was fine

The hotel is small in a quiet area but close to the central beach and to the town centre. The hotel is 3 stars, but I would award 4 stars for the quality and furnishings of the rooms and showers and for the perfect cleanliness. Breakfast is very plentiful, varied and excellent.
