Great location in a beautiful town. Within easy walking distance of the wonderful piazzas, streets, restaurants & bars. The hotel is comfortable and a good standard of accommodation.

Two things: There’s two lifts but one was broken throughout our 4 day stay, giving rise to long delays. This doesn’t work in a busy hotel. Crazy. Just get it fixed. Water. Most hotels give plenty of water to guests nowadays - gratis. And so you might think does this hotel as there’s no notes to tell you otherwise. Hence our delight at being given 4x bottles of 1/2 litre fizzy & still water per day. Imagine our surprise at the €60+ bill at the r we’re no of our stay for 6 litres of water. Pretty poor really.

Nice place to stay (location) + parkings near the hotel Just near the main place and shops (even the market) bright and neat hotel Top Floor retsaurant with view. (breackfast & diner) Food was good (Breackfast & dinner) Rooms space and facilities were fine!

We were not lucky because a baby started crying from 6:00 am without stopping for 1.5 hour. Small question about the soundproofing of the rooms. The welcoming from the barman in the restaurant at the top floor on arrival in the evening was not very pleasant ... after 8 hour drive there is something better. As for the other members of the staff, nothing to complain about! they were Great!

Great location for an early flight from Milan the following morning. Staff were very friendly, advising the best place and cheapest place to park as well as recommending an excellent local restaurant for dinner. Loved the bar on the 7th floor. Rooms are well equipped

Room looked a little tired in places (mould on the sealant in the shower) - but other than that, this was a good hotel for the price paid

The location of the hotel is ideal! Right in the beautiful center of Piacenza. We used this hotel as a break location in our travel to the south of Italy and is was great. The ability to park your packed car in a closed carpark in such a location is really unique. The parking spaces are very spacious and separated by walls, so no fear of someone else bumping into you. The corners in the garage are a bit tight, but if you know your car and be careful, you can pass with even a larger car. Plus, the garage ceiling is pretty high as well, so you can drive in with a top box mounted on an SUV. The rooftop bar is great to enjoy a well deserved drink after a long drive and the beds are amazing. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and kind. Really no complains what soever about this hotel.

Nothing could have been better.

Our two interconnecting rooms were lovely and all the facilities were spot on. Air conditioning was really effective on a roasting day. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Barman at the terrace bar was miserable, unhelpful and made us feel like freeloaders for daring to use the free welcome drink vouchers we'd just been given by reception. A free glass of prosecco turned out to be a grudging half glass... Lovely terrace bar overlooking Piacenza, but after the less than warm welcome we didn't hang around... Parking in the very tight underground car park was not for the faint hearted and definitely easier with a family member helping out.

I have been to this nice hotel before. In the center of the lovely town of Piacenza. (Don't forget to visit the museum and pinacoteca in the Palazzo Farnese. It even boasts a beautiful small Botticelli painting.) Great terrace and lounging on the 7th floor overlooking the city. Excellent restaurant. Very good breakfast.

The parking garage (which will cost you € 16 per day!) is so small that it is very easy to damage your car. But what I really did not like was the room: it looked out on a brick wall a few meters away and there was almost no light coming in. You cannot ask € 171 a night (without breakfast!) for a room in which your guest feels locked up... This was a real disappointment.

The location was excellent. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was superb! Breakfast was great.

Milk for the coffee and tea facilities in the room would have been good. Having to ask for a coffee at breakfast wasn't very good, especially when the restaurant was busy. The WiFi was very, very slow in my room. Unusable slow.

This is the only large hotel in the city centre and is well located. Ten minute walk to the railway station. Good bedroom and bathroom, nice rooftop bar and breakfast room. Breakfast is OK too. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was very good with excellent service. Hotel is recommended.

The hotel is at a great location directly in the beautiful centre of Piacenza. The sunny and airy breakfast room / Restaurant /terrace on the 7th floor offers a spectacular panoramic view over the centre of Piacenza and its mediterranean style roofs. The rooms we had were not too large, but very tidy and cosy. Breakfast was excellent. The staff is very professional and nice. We are definitely planning to come back for an extended stay to explore the city and its rich history.

Located in the heart of the city. Comfortable, quiet and well staffed hotel with convenient parking!

There is some hesitation in driving to the hotel as it is in a restricted area but you should be bold and they then register your car (assuming you have reserved a parking spot) with the authorities so you won’t be fined!
