Very good breakfast, and pleasant streets to walk around at night to a couple of old squares. Also near a very good restaurant in Via Carducci. It was useful to be able to park in the courtyard near the room.

Google maps kept sending us to the cross street AFTER the entry to the property in the one way Via Roma. We eventually found the gateway on foot. I have tried to correct this with Google and they say they accepted it - perhaps a good idea for you to check also! Driving round the one way system 4 times was a bit frustrating.

Breakfast was Very simple and straightforward - cappuccino was delicious. Liked the fact that the place was originally a convent or monastery of some sort

Some information about the history of the place, maybe some better signage and better communication about how to get in the front. Also, it should be noted that there is no English spoken. Last, maybe a little card of suggestions for what to see in Piacenza.

It is very centrally located, the room is comfortable and very clean, everything is well equipped, and the hosts are so gracious. my favorite part of the room are the amount of daylight and the quietness of the place. I enjoyed my time there and would love to return soon! Grazie mille

We really enjoyed the trip in Piacenza. The host was very friendly and we also got a bit of the history of that place, where we stayed. We had a chance to use kitchen dedicated for apartments. It was very nice equiped and we had a chance to take glass and drink wine on the backyard. The only thing: Please be aware, that accommodation is near center and city tries to eliminate traffic, in such a case reach out the host in advance to provide necessary information about your car, to get easily to required place without any fine. The host is able to take care and order for you the permission:)

There were a lot of mosquito in the city. When you are sitting outside e.g. in the restaurant, you can be bite with them. Take repelent; ;)

Loved that this B&B location was in the best location, so central and such a great place to stay. Nice welcoming owners. Looks brand new and very funky design. Breakfast was good.

Everything was fine.

The B&B is right in the heart of Piacenza so expect narrow streets and an equally narrow entrance to the property. The accommodation is charming as is the proprietress. We managed to converse in French! We had breakfast outside in the shade of a large tree.

Kind old lady took care of all details of my stay. It was a shame i had a stomach bug and wasn’t able to eat a lot from her home made cake and brownies.

We had a warm and friendly welcome. The host was very friendly and gave us lots of information on the history of the property and excellent restaurant recommendations. The R&B is very well located and we could park our car very conveniently in the yard. The room was simple but big and very clean. The breakfast was very good and we didn't miss anything.

It is our second time here. We love the place, because the host is a friendly Italian mama and her son, who make the stay pleasant. It is clean and nice. Right in the centre of the old town… and they have parking😊👍

Good location near the city. Nice apartment with a large bed and shower. The breakfast was also very nice.

The host doesn't speak English. Although booking said she did. Nevertheless, she was very friendly. The hotel is located in the ZTL (traffic limited zone), they could have told us this when we reserved a parking spot at the hotel itself.
