This property was an absolute diamond find It had everything we needed for our stay It had private parking and it was a very short little walk into the main town centre so location was perfect for short walk to ruins and shops , bars and cafe The pool was lovely to sit by and the pool kept clean and tidy with lovely view of Vesuvius Owners were very friendly , although we in particular had no balcony it was ideal for our trip as we had a lot on our itinerary to do Breakfast had yoghurt, and pastries and you could have a lovely cheese and ham toastie made by the owners but not huge selection but we didn’t mind as parking , pool and location was so important for us , we went to rebook for night before flying again but it was full , not too far from airport too

Maybe some pool towels as we never packed any and a little more selection at breakfast

Niño and Teresa are wonderful hosts! I don’t speak Italian, they don’t speak English, but we managed just fine. And the breakfast “toasties” are so delicious. Never had anything like that. Grilled toast with yummy Italian cheese with ham/prosciutto(?), yes, sunny side egg on top, but no, they go the extra step and add arugula salad and balsamic vinegar and other stuff. Absolutely wonderful. Perfect breakfast. This property is not in the busy tourist district of Pompeii and has fabulous views of Vesuvius and the mountains on the Sorrento side. Not being in the tourist district means you are just a short walk (5-10 mins) to the stores and restaurants that are local and friendly. You are still within easy walking distance to train stations/buses to take you to the fabulous archeological sites in the area (Pompeii, Herculaneum, Villa Poppea and others). Perfect location.

What a lovely little place! The pool is fantastic and we put it to good use when it was hot. The decking area around the pool and sunbeds were great and had lights at night even, so you could sit out later. The rooms were spacious and the aircon worked well, when the room got too hot. The owners were lovely, really friendly and helped us to arrange transport, recommended restaurants etc. Breakfast included lovely bakery goods, nice yoghurts, fruit, good fresh coffee, juice and ninos special toast, which was the most delicious toasted sandwich with egg on top. Overall we could not fault our stay, we had the best time and were made to feel very welcome!

Overall amazing experience. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance, restaurants, tourist sites, train/bus stations etc. All staff welcomed us with open arms and treated us like we were the only people there (although we weren’t). They accommodated every need and made our visit relaxing & enjoyable. The pool was a welcome bonus at the end of a long day exploring and we were very grateful for the clean and comfortable room rest in. Definitely would not hesitate booking again or recommending. Owners were very generous with recommendations on how to enjoy Pompei and even Napoli! We had a great time because of them.

No negative feedback

Nino, our host, was super.. He met us when we arrived late, carried our biggest case up the stairs, gave us a great breakfast of toast, eggs and coffee which was exactly what we asked for and also, drove us to the meeting point for our Pompeii tour so we wouldn't be late. They also have a pool which is great in the heat. And, Vesuvius is the view from the balcony. Nino was an absolute star! Thank you!

The rooms are a little dated but I really don't mind because the service and welcome was so good. This place deserves lots of custom.. They are super..

We received a warm welcome on arrival. The breakfast was good, freshly cooked toasted sandwiches by the hosts as well as the usual pastries and yogurts. The location is good, just a 10 minute walk to Pompeii town centre with many restaurants and bars. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was a bit unusual with the shower in the main bedroom and not the separate bathroom. The outside of the building is a little worn and not very appealing at first sight. We didn't get the spectacular view of Vesuvius which some rooms have which was a shame. Overall though, it was good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. I walked to every place I wanted to see or arranged a tour. The owners are amazing people! Very accommodating and helpful. They picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. Was awesome to sit on the balcony and marvel at Vesuvius while having morning coffee. Overall was a great experience with great people. I didn’t want to leave

great location very we had a good size room and balcony over looking the country side nice hosts breakfast was very good , with good variety , worth trying the white wine . The pool was a nice extra and the end of a busy day , the walk to the ruins was very enjoyable and not too far . Do try the pizza place end of the road onto the main road turn left 40 mtrs on the left WOW

Breakfast was delicious but unfortunately neither of us really eat much for breakfast so mostly we didn’t have the full egg toast. The view was amazing. The location perfect, a short walk from town. The hosts so accommodating and kind. We had the room with kitchenette and balcony so we could eat at home, which suited us for a 5 day stay.

We couldn’t work out how to switch the oven on, but we didn’t need it

Large room, very clean, good location to main attractions, stations, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was fair and accommodating. I am gluten free and the owners took the time to buy in gluten free bread for me. We were unlucky with the weather on our trip; it’s rained most of the time but Nino and his wife were kind enough to take us to the train station one day and Pompeii entrance another to spare us getting soaked.

I am a huge animal lover and rescue dogs for work. I wish I could have taken the two dogs at the property in for some comfort and cuddles. Many dog owners in the south of Italy leave their animals outside exposed to Leishmaniasis, the cold and other elements which causes many issues. This is a cultural issue and not localised to this hotel. So if you stay here bring dog biscuits!! 🐾🐾
