This is one of these little gems which are very hard to find. Francesco, the host, lives close nearby. So it takes like 10-15mins to check in as he has to drive there. He is a very likable person and makes you feel welcome instantly. The on the outside unassuming house is completely remodeled for the BnB on the inside. Absolute state of the art interieur and bathroom. Parking is the next road over on private property with a thick steel gate. So your vehicle is safe for the night. But... You'll need Francesco to get it out for a ride.... One of Francesco's friends owns Pizzeria Alleria which is verbatim just around the corner. A must-visit, as well. The BnB is situated literally dead center of Pompeii. A mere 10mins walk to the famous ruins and 5mins to the next restaurant for refreshments. For instance the Ristorante Spinelli, a family-owned location. You will be very positively surprised. Overall, I very highly recommend Pompei Ruins to everyone. I will make sure to visit again on my next trip to the Vesuv or the Amalfi coast!

The owner is a wonderful person who goes way past excellent to help. We found the directions that came up on Booking.con sent us to the wrong place and the same with Google Maps. We contacted the property and they sent a WhatsApp location map that took us right there! Parking is a block away but is inside a locked down totally secure location. They even let us leave the car past check out so we didn't get gouged to park near Pompeii. Nice continental breakfast and when he asked if anyone wanted bread...he got into his car and about 6 minutes later we had fresh from the bakery HOT rolls, WOW!

Francisco, the host, was a gentleman. He was very accommodating and attentive. This B&B is in an excellent location: a 2 minute walk to Pompei train station, a 1 minute walk to Pompei town centre and a 20 minute walk to the archaeological site. The B&B was modern and impeccably clean. Breakfast was generous. Again, hygiene was paramount.

There are many steps in this B&B.I stayed in the blue bedroom. BEWARE of the step in the bathroom.

Great location, super easy access to the city center and walkable to the ruins. Francesco was an AMAZING host who made us feel at home, breakfast was delicious, and he drove us to the Napoli airport at 4am because we couldn’t find a taxi. A godsend!

The location is very good, the personnel in the reception is great, helpful and kind. The breakfast it's ok, you have coffee, juice, some bread, fruits and you can prepare a sandwich.

The walls are very thin and you can hear all the noises outside

Pension is located very near to the main entrance to Pompeii excavations at the quiet back street. Pension has its own convenient parking area at the next street near the pension itself. Francesco is very nice and helpful host helping in any situations. Breakfast was italian style but reach enough in any form of sweets, juice and coffee/tea and for my own wish also with some salt addition like cold cuts.

Great staff, super friendly and made us feel very welcome despite limited English. Great location close to everything, lovely breakfast and nice room.

A bit of a noisy area, also bed wasn’t super comfortable. And no safe in room.

Excellent location right by the train station and close to city centre. Francesco was an amazing host who ensured we had everything we needed.

Beds could have been a bit more firm/comfortable.

Francesco was ver kind and helful. We came late in the evening and he was waiting for us. The apartment is in the centre, but inside you can't here anything. The parking place is in the next street, on a locked yard.

The hospitality at Pompei Ruins was fantastic!! Francesco was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The room had everything you needed for a short stay. The breakfast was delicious - Francesco makes a delicious coffee!

Shower was a bit small but otherwise great bathroom facilities.
