Lovely hotel in a fabulous spot. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Hotel is a little tired now. It was very clean. We had a leaking shower which the staff tried to fix twice (it is just old and needs to be replaced). However the shower did work well. The hairdryer on the wall was unpredictable but the reception did give me a very good hand held hairdryer to use which was excellent so very happy.

Location excellent, Paid secure parking close by in a mainly shaded area under trees. We didn’t have breakfast included in our deal, but was able to pay for it on a day to day basis.

Hotel was lovely in a fabulous location. Just a bigger shower would have been nice, and a balcony with chairs rather than just a railing across the window where you couldn’t walk outside. Neither of these spoil our stay at all though.

The central location is good, the staff are very professional

Very minimal staff. Breakfast was only suffice and quickly ran out if you don't go down before 08.30. The bathroom sink was hanging off the wall but it was fixed within the day but nobody should ever run out of loo roll in a hotel haha, it's a basic need. Everything in the hotel is pretty but basic and the rooms are very outdated but suitable for a place to rest and therefore absolutely not worth price in my opinion. The only reason this hotel is so expensive is it's location at Porto Rotondo. Everything in the area is twice as expensive at €8 for a small beer to €14 to €18 for a cocktail.

- The central location is right in the San Marcos Piazza - Free and easy car parking - We were 25min max at car distance from the best beaches in the Costa Smeralda - The employees at the reception and in the bar were very friendly. We were traveling with our toddler, and they interacted a lot with her - The room was cleaned up every day - Common spaces were beautiful, and the swimming pool was nice. My kid loved it - The late checkout flexibility

- We were there for one week, and I felt the breakfast could be more diverse in fresh food. There was some diversity, but only in processed food - The mini-bar consumption at the end was not correct, so there was a misunderstanding there (Small tip - During our stay, it happened to be one of our birthdays, and the hotel did not comment. Usually, the most attentive hotels don't let these moments pass ;) )

The hotel is in the best location and is lovely with all the facilities you could need. Beautifully presented and a great pool. We had a balcony and an amazing view of the square with everything you could need on your doorstep. A special thank you to Nadia for her wonderful customer service and sharing her love of fashion. We can't wait to return!

Very friendly personell - it was our honeymoon and the whole staff congratulated us with a letter and welcomed us for a celebration apertivio in the bar. Also - great location, charming building and very nice breakfast. We would love to come back.

Maybe the overall higher price range in Porto Rotondo

Firstly the staff are excellent so knowledgeable of the area. So friendly and they make this hotel very special. The breakfast is excellent fresh fruit wonderful croissants and a lot more. The position of the hotel with the piazza and wonderful restaurants and bars all within a 2 minute walk. The local beaches and restaurants are beautiful. We will definitely return.

Not the hotel's fault, but when we visited, the Summer season had not yet started so very infrequent (unusable) transport. Would need a car if not in summer

The location is perfect - right on the San Marco Piazza right by the port, restaurants and bars. The hotel is understated- very comfortable and well maintained, the pool is very pretty, the rooms very comfortable and housekeeping the best and most efficient we’ve experienced. But what sets this hotel apart is it’s people - the service is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. Laura and Marta on the front desk advised and assisted us throughout our stay, Angelo on the bar makes the world’s best Capriosca and kept buying us drinks, Stefan who seems to do everything from general and pool cleaning and maintenance and collection of laundry and brought our luggage all the way back from the boat and Michela who served us breakfast. All were so friendly and helpful we would very strongly recommend anyone thinking of visiting the Costa Smerelda to stay in this hotel.

My son and I were very happy and satisfied with the hotel location. My son hired a car so it was easy to get around. The breakfast facilities were lovely with a great choice of food - either hot egg and bacon or cold croissant and yogurt.

There is nothing to write that I didn't like!
