Fantastic location next to a beautiful beach that is a short 2 minute walk away. Very nice and clean residence that is spacious. Washing machine present and handy. Very friendly and polite staff. Reserved parking spot right in front of the residence. There are great restaurants and a geletaria right by the property. Nice and safe area. Pool was very nice and the kids enjoyed it. Cute little market on the property that had some fun local Sardinian speciality foods. This is a great beach house as it is so close to a very nice beach. Walking to the beach is so much better than having to load up the car and fight with parking.

Next to a restaurant that played loud music until after midnight most of the nights of our stay. Sometimes the music was very loud. Only one A/C unit for the whole residence that left us feeling too warm much of the time.

Great location, close to the harbour with lots of restaurants, beach is 100m from the lodge, very nice pool within the property (though the opening hours 9:30-13:00 and 16:00-19:00, Sat morning closed) are quite weird

One of the 2 staff members was very rude and unpolite. The other one was great! No names... The garbage collection (separation and recycling) is great in theory, but it was a huge mess, ended up with huge piles on the terrace as it was not collected regularly

This property was in a great location, the staff were very helpful, beautiful outdoor space. comfortable bed with air-con in the room too

A couple things were need in the room, corkscrew, sharp knife and and extra mirror (one one above the sink in the bathroom) would have been handy.

One of the cheapest options around. Staff at the counter was very nice and helpful. Located super close to the marina. Has a private parking and the rental apartment could have accommodated for up to 6 people in theory. OK hotel for the price point, as this was one of the cheapest locations in the area.

The whole complex could do with some renovations. The bathroom stunk of sewage the whole time and the water pressure was quite low. Being a rental apartment, they do not offer any cleaning service and there was also no towel or bed-sheet change. Upon checkout, you are asked to leave the common facilities in the apartment like the kitchen clean, and to separate all the rubbish or you'll be charged an extra fee. There's only 1 AC unit in the kitchen area, which takes ages to cool off the bedroom. Had we really been 6 people and utilized the beds on the upstairs loft, I doubt those people would have felt the AC at all. Overall, an OK hotel for the price point.

Location for the beach, marina, restaurants etc was fabulous. Bedrooms and bathroom were a good size. Airer for drying clothes was really useful. The swimming pool was great and has a life guard on duty but does close during the hours of 1pm & 4.30pm.

Kitchen facilities were basic and we thought it was mean that basics such as a kitchen cloth, tea towel and washing up liquid weren’t provided. There was not even 1 roll of toilet paper to let you use the toilet before doing a shop. Air conditioning was only in the main bedroom and the BBQ’s were communal.

Kitchen was a good size, pool was very clean, location was excellent.

Kitchen hardly had any equipment, not sufficient cooking utensils, cleaning equipment etc. Only one room had AC all the others were far too hot even after I requested an additional fan. We are a family of 5 and only had 4 external chairs. The pool opening hours should be revised it closes at 7pm every night and between 1-4pm. Also not open Saturday until 4pm! There was one plug in each room and no WIFI apart from at Reception (which didn't always work). The water is not drinkable so they supply water but after the first bottle you have to fill it up from a static truck in the car park - impossible to carry that distance. Everything is a bit tired looking, I had a broken bathroom sink, table had all the laminate peeling off the edges, clothes airer broken on the veranda, pictures fallen off the walls, there was rubbish under the flower pots by our sitting area. All in all -just not work £1100 a week. Service charge is also ridiculously high at 297 euros on arrival. Wasn't even that clean to start with. Staff are friendly including Julia, lifeguard and young guy on Reception but really not worth the cost- very disappointed.

the only good thing about the property was the location. The town is beautiful and our apartments was next to the Pizzeria Restaurant, which was buzzing as the food is so good. Within the property, the only good thing was that it had a washing machine.

at the time of the booking, I was aware that there was no WiFi available. I am surprised that in the year 2023, booking.com accepts property that cannot offer WiFi. In addition, after the booking, I enquired about A/C and they said that the property has A/C. The A/C was placed in the hallway, so that both rooms were unbearably hot. Luckily, we had our own Fan with us, otherwise, it would have been a distaster. The water in the toilet was brown, when we informed them, they said the water in Sardina is generally like this. This is of course not true as everywhere we went, the water was fine. The grass outside was knee high and not cut, the toilet didn't have any soaps and they require you to clean the dishes without providing the liquids. We only stayed in the apartment for the few hours in the night so it was okay, but otherwise, I would not recommend this property.
