Friendly and helpful staff. View of the bay from my room and from the terrace was spectacular. Reasonable walk down to the waterfront with a large selection of restaurants (but somewhat strenuous walk back after dinner). Great bar nearby with excellent espresso. Free parking within a few blocks (on the street). Breakfast was excellent. Wifi worked well. Air conditioning worked well. Bedding was just right (not too heavy like so many places these days)

The room is a bit small; the bathroom door just clears the little desk. In-room safe is too small to hold a laptop. Shower is a tight fit and would not work for someone of large girth. Initial sign-on to the wifi was a bit of a pain. Stairway was blocked for two days while they installed a mosaic decoration.

They have good bikes for rent. It suites very good to the trails around the peninsula. The staff at the hotel was so helpful. Ashley explained everything I needed and helped me a lot with bike and routes for riding. The room was very clean. It had everything I needed, even a table for work.

Thin walls between rooms. You hear every sound from the neighbors bathroom. Little choice for breakfast. It is the same every day. I would like to have smth different, especially on a long stay.

Simple, but clean and well located to reach the centre of the village on foot. Beautiful terrace on top where to relax any time of the day. Staff is always very helpful. We rented e-bikes from the hotel to tour Argentario on check-out day and could stop to swim along the way - once back we were offered towel and access to a shower - priceless!

Difficult to park, but the staff is helpful in accompanying guests to find a spot if done during the operating hours of their “concierge” service.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We were travelling with a baby and got a baby bed to the room and good service for him as well. Also the breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. Renting bikes was easy and they were in very good condition.

It was very difficult to find a parking spot even though we got some help from the staff.

The staff was really nice and the rooms were nice and clean, the rooftop terrace had an amazing view of the ocean. The breakfast was also really good, a lot of different choices. You can rent electric bikes directly at the hotel (new with really good batteries) and it’s an really amazing way to explore the place. Would definitely reccomend!

Great location, the rooms were bright and clean. The breakfast was excellent, perfect relaxing start to the day sitting out on the terrace. We also really enjoyed the bike hire, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing not to like about the hotel. Parking might be a problem in high season, we were lucky and found a spot on the road.

Staff was more than fantastic! Francesca and Stefano were extremely helpful, we had car trouble they helped us with, they did everything for us. Stayed with three kids, no problems. Clean, location good, excellent bike service, good breakfast.

The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was spotlessly clean. The bike hire and boat trip were a great way to get around and see different beaches. We had a puncture on the bike and the hotel staff came to the rescue super quick. Thank you! The boat trip was particularly enjoyable - again the staff were extremely kind and friendly.

We had a junior suite with a balcony. It had two bathrooms which was a lovely touch, plus a hospitality tray with kettle which meant we could have tea whenever we wanted it. The breakfast arrangements were adjusted because of Covid, which meant that the waitress loaded your tray for you. Delicious natural yoghurt with nuts and seeds and honey was my favourite and the cakes seemed to be home made, judging from the tempting smell coming from the kitchen! Staff were extremely helpful.

We are fit 50-somethings and enjoy walking, so the 200+stair climb up from the seafront was fine for us and it was good exercise - but if you are not as fit, it could be a challenge. (Though there is a little bus that goes round the lanes.)

Great Roof Terrace with view, clean comfortable rooms (our had also a great balcony with view!), quiet outside breakfast space and nice cups! Good position, staff very very kind and helpful
