the view is amazing, the staff are so helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay and the restaurant serves very good quality food. could not fault this hotel!

The location is stunning. There is nothing generic about this property- the decor is eclectic, classy and comfortable. We had a stunning terrace on our room, perfect for predinner drinks. Staff were helpful prior to arrival with queries and could not have been more helpful during our stay. Gardens are a delight, some beautiful planting and attention to detail. Breakfasts at €10 pp were excellent value, a super range of fresh fruit and continental and cooked options.

Absolutely minor issue, there was a wedding when we were there, so obviously part of the hotel was closed off and unavailable for use that day from lunch on. However it had very little impact as there were other routes through the hotel, and we still had access to the pool area.

From the moment we arrived in the car we were warmly welcomed by the staff who helped us with luggage. We were shown to the scenic balcony to have a complimentary drink and after relaxing shown to our lovely rooms with views of the garden and hills beyond. A full breakfast is served overlooking the stunning Lake Iseo and we enjoyed two glorious dinners in the splendid ground floor restaurant. The whole experience of staying at the beautiful family run hotel was wonderful!

The hotel is a good 15 minute drive up the mountain along the winding road. Once you know where the hotel is you get used to the journey and you can enjoy the wonderful views.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. Anything needed in the room was magically there The bed was big, the blanket was soft. The shower was huge! The staff was super helpful and nice, and went out of the way to help us. The view of the lake was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of quality options and a large buffet of everything we wanted. The evening restaurant was delicious and the waiters were super friendly and attentive.

The terrace with the view to the lake (which was one of the reasons we chose this place) was unavailable for the first day, because the place had it booked for a private event. We think it's better in such case to tell in advance or offer some compensation.

The view of the lake and Monte Isola is spectacular. Great breakfast and the staff are all happy to make your stay a good one.

We stayed in the cottage which was lovely but lots of bugs inside, we killed over 20 in our few days there. Also, we didn’t know there were staff members staying below us until we noticed the barn door open and some personal items. Once we asked they advised it was in case of anything happening in the night due to the remoteness of the cottage. It gave us an uneasy feeling and feel this should have been told to us at check in.

Service from the Staff was exceptional, courteous, friendly and super efficient. Food was fabulous and excellent value for money. They were very able to cater for my wife's gluten allergy. We had what must have been the best room in the Hotel with the most amazing huge Terrace with a view to die for! We seriously couldn't fault it and will definitely return.

Literally the only thing is the journey to the Hotel which is 5 km up the winding mountain road, having to watch out both cyclists and motor cycles who obviously enjoy the challenge!

Relais i due Roccoli is not just a hotel, it is a holiday destination in itself. The staff are truly passionate about hospitality and sharing the local culture with guests. The location is absolutely stunning, with large and beautifully groomed grounds to walk around in and magnificent views of lake Iseo below, especially from the breakfast room. My partner and I brought our dog with us and he was treated with such love and care, more than in any other place we have ever stayed. When he had a small accident in the forest and hurt his paw, the staff quickly jumped to help us and provided disinfectant and bandages so we could wrap him up. On top of this, I was pleasantly surprised to find an entire vegan menu (!!!!) which included several choices of appetizers, first and second plates, as well as desserts. As we stayed for several days, I was able to try most of the plates available and WOW! Not only was the presentation outstanding, but the tastes and textures were truly unbelievable. My partner tried several of the non-vegan dishes, all of which were equally delicious. The lake fish is pictured below, all the other dishes are vegan. Overall, we were so completely enchanted by this hotel and the people that work there that we extended our stay, and now that we have left we are already planning our return.

Loved the check-in staff and their attention to service. The restaurant with an incredible menu and ambience. My first night i was given a bedroom with the garden view, large and comfortable, peaceful. The second night upgrade to Lake View...OMG, stunning sunset and peaceful, graceful setting. Breakfast room on the terrace had the best view and food selection was quite varied and plentiful. Perfect 3 minute eggs!

Only issue was the wine selection, probably not the best, it was adequate..could do with a sommelier's touch.

We stayed five nights at this hotel (had two bookings). It is a very well managed fantastic place in a perfect setting more or less on the top of a hill with a fantastic lake-view from the breakfast-room and terrace. Very friendly helpful staff, the manager himself is also present and responsive. Endless space for parking. Nice rooms on the first floor (ground floor maybe somewhat dark for some people). They have a very good and renowned restaurant with exquisite cooking and a very good choice of wines (by the bottle), very popular with locals and tourists as well so that a reservation is highly recommended. A pool is also available.

The road ( ca. 6 km) from Iseo centre leading to the place is quite demanding, depending on your driving habits or experience, it is very curvy and highly frequented by cyclists, so be careful when driving to and from there.

The staff are incredible! Daniella, Stefano, Vincenzo and all the waiters. They were very warm, friendly and helpful. The grounds and views of the lake are beautiful and panoramic. The restaurant for dinner is so pretty and the food delicious. The pool is refreshing in these hot summer days. Our room with a large terrace was spacious and comfortable.

The air conditioning kept going off at night which made sleep difficult at times on these very hot summer nights in July. Wifi was very occasionally erratic in our room. It took us a couple of days to work out which floor our room was on and our way around the hotel as it wraps around the mountain.
