The location is heavenly, situated on a quiet hillside overlooking the length of the lake. The ambience was relaxed, friendly and attentive and the room (ours had a view) was comfortable and generous in size. As a family-run hotel (with the proprietors very much in attendance) the whole feel of the hotel was completely different from any chain hotel. It was carried along in the same vein by the staff who seemed to enjoy our stay as much as we did.

Very little, but if there were constructive criticisms, I'd say that the bathroom needed a little up-dating (it worked perfectly well, nonetheless). And, while I accept it is a 'romantic' hotel, a small exercise room or even the odd yoga class or two on the lawn overlooking the lake would add to the overall amenities no end.

Blissful location. Amazing views. Breakfast that makes you feel like you are in heaven. Great clean well appointed rooms. Staff professional and friendly. Just lovely!!!! So much want to go back RIGHT NOW!!!

Don’t like that it’s not closer to home!!!!!! 🥰 will have to return… Just note that the surrounding area may have seasonal restrictions on availability for facilities. Along with the hotel pool. But these are part and parcel for being up high in the lakes and mountain regions of Italy and the need for it to “heat up before being commercially viable” for done services!!!.🇮🇹

The view was spectacular! Room was clean, and swimming pool was amazing with pool side service. The breakfast spread was incredible! So many options with eggs cooked fresh. Receptionist helped us to get a booking at a nearby restaurant for dinner and also booked our taxi.

No internet access or movie streaming on the TV. Channels were mostly product sales and they don’t work properly - lots of glitching. No kettle with coffee/tea available in the room (unless requested) and you have to pay for the water.

Very nice place and everything in very good quality. Nice room with panorama view to the lake Iseo. Good parking facilities. Our dog needed to go to the vet.hospital. The receptionists were very nice, understanding and helpfull and found an open hospital in the middle of the night. They offered to assist if we had translation problems during. Great people, much appreciated. The dog is now well again :-)

The food in the restaurant could be better.

The hotel location is stunning, hotel architecture really beautiful and even though the interior design, is classic, old style, yet it feels very much as home. Relaxed atmosphere, with very welcoming staff! They went above and beyond to organize everything I asked them to!

Everything was wonderful! Beautifully located on a hillside overlooking Lake Iseo, the accommodation is clean and spacious, rooms having a terrace with a lake view. Nice pool. Excellent restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay - from organising us a car (before we'd even arrived) when no taxis were available to providing valuable information about trips and restaurants. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious - so much choice! Our room had a balcony terrace, so the views over Lake Iseo were stunning.

Lovely setting wityh stunning view over Iseo lake. Very friendly and helpful staff Charming rooms with panoramic view. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms a little bit dated but we heared that the there is a renovation in the planning. Fresh and well prepared food. The choice in the half board system (à la carte) is a bit scarce. That's why we have eaten only four evenings the half board. The other evenings, we have eaten in other places recommended by the staff of the hotel. Very good breakfast served by the staff (only a few things in buffet), with freshly made eggs and fruit juice. We were here beginning of October. The weather was OK but already a bit colder. If you can have breakfast and dinner every day outside, this is for sure a fantastic place to stay. Very nice golf course at 10m drive (Franciacorta). Discount for greenfee if you stay in the hotel.

The garden was absolutely amazing, offering a beautiful view from the hotel room. The pool was also nice and added to the overall charm of the place. Additionally, the people were kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
