The hotel location is absolutely great. We booked room with lake view and this was absolutely worth it. Room and bath was not very big but much then enough for short stay ( 2 days). Hotel is next to restaurant with amazing Italian food (must go when you stay in this hotel) and walking distance to explore the town or just walk by the river. The hotel is great location to travel around the lake. The check-in and check out was very quick, staff was very nice, Even though we stay only two nights when we came back after first day the room was cleaned. We do recommend and would stay again if we choose the same area for visiting ( just hoping for better breakfast selection).

Public paid parking available close by however on the market day ( I believe it was Wed afternoon and Thurs) needed to search for another place - we found underground parking around 5 min walk from the hotel but this could be inconvenient for others especially that there is more or less no possibility to park in front of the reception door to unpack. Breakfast was very poor ( yogurt, few fruits, packed muffins, cornflakes, milk water juices and coffee) -when asked, personnel brought us some sweet croissant on another day also few slices of cheese - we are aware that we were traveling outside of tourism period but still other hotels made much better breakfast.

Loved the Hotel - Very central. Very big rooms and facilities - the Views of the lake rom the room - Unbelievable - a WOW moment. Not very touristy which was lovely - Fabulous Pizzas - authentic and not cost a fortune - very reasonably priced - Thank you Sarnico

The room was really big and clean!!! the bed mattress and the duvet cover were unbelievable!!! really great quality!!! the reception was really helpful !!!

maybe the could have an option in the shower of using a hose instead of a permanent shower.

The staff were extremely nice and professional. The location was great to travel by car to Iseo and Brescia. There are enough restaurants nearby . There is a great parking spot nearby where you don't have to pay between 6pm and 9pm which was a bonus.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Even before my arrival they provided help with traveling to the hotel. The location is central with easy access to shops. It was Christmas time, so there was a nice ice skating ring in front of the hotel!

The place is stunning and the staff of the hotel always willing to help. There are several places to visit. You just need to be aware of the limited public transport when out of season.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Very easy to get to by public transport. Single room very comfortable. Near good restaurants and bars. Breakfast very good.

Location of the hotel is perfect - right beside the lake Iseo. Hotel staff was very friendly and the receptionist gave us information about local attractions and public transport. There is a great restaurant next door to the hotel, we went there every evening. Lake Iseo is a perfect spot for quiet, relaxing holiday, near nature.

We have had a room on 1st floor. Till late night there were a lot of noise from the street, and from very early morning garbage truck collects bottles. Unfortunately garbage can was under our window. Maybe if I would ask for a quiet room, we would get one. Cleaning staff changed twice all our towels even if they were not used or were not on a floor [ in the hotel there were a note asking if we want to change our towels, put it on the floor]
